Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We had a fabulous time.
We had a fabulous time! The unit is absolutely beautiful, excellent view, and cozy beds. Easy walk across to the beach and Pineapple Willys. Unfortunately something was wrong with the splash pad during our stay, and the pool water was absolutely frigid, but the kids weren’t afraid of a little cold water.

Wonderful Vacation!
This property is amazing with everything you could want in a family vacation getaway. Our condo was clean and well stocked. There are restaurants on-site and nearby, employees at each entrance verifying that no unauthorized person enters the property. The parking garage was easy to get in and out of with oversized vehicles. Walmart is just behind the property so picking up groceries and other necessities was a breeze! Like many other reviewers, the only drawback is the line at the elevators and the check-in process. There was only one receptionist at check-in and the line was backed out the lobby door by 3:30pm. She was clearly overwhelmed and it showed in her actions. There were also no carts available well before 4pm so it was a bit cumbersome to get luggage from parking to the 17th floor. Our dryer didn't work and the property management was very responsive although we never had a repairman visit like we were promised.

The only thing my wife and I notice on this unit was the master bedroom was hot and the rest of the unit was cold not sure what’s going on there other than that everything else was great
