The Grand Panama has always been a nicely kept resort, this was my 5th time staying at this resort. We had a hiccup with our access code but it was fixed immediately right over the phone. Can't wait till next year!!

Great weekend with friends.
We enjoyed our stay! We initially had a problem with our check in code but called and someone was able to help us immediately with a new code to get in. We did request linen change due to small issue and texted the host and they had someone there within the hour to change the sheets. Communication with the host was prompt and very convenient. The only issue or complaint was the parking situation. Barely anywhere to park on holiday weekend despite paying the expensive fees.. Easy and quick access to the beach!! Overall a great stay !

Matches the description so well. It is a beautiful condo in a beautiful facility. The balcony is a huge selling point with enough space to eat with the family or play games, etc.!
We arrived at 3 am and the access code to the room did not work but so called the service number and the lady was very nice and was able to reset the code almost immediately.
They were very responsive to almost anything!
The only down fall is that not a lot is I’m walking distance, you have to drive to most places you want to eat.
We would definitely stay again though’

perfect beach location
We could get the TV's to work properly. Called maintenance, They came a full day later. Got one of them working for us. He was a really nice guy. It would be helpful to know who to call when something does not work.

There were 10 of us. We had a [problem with pull out bed but it was fixed immediately. It does need a new mattress more comfortable for those sleeping on pull out bed. Furniture needs to be cleaned but the Condo is beautiful and the deck is wonderful. we would stay again.

The condo looks just like the pictures. Super clean, well equipped. Location is great, elevators were great. Ease of checking in and out was perfect! The view was perfect! I have zero complaints and we will definitely stay at the Grand Panama again!

Great location; great views
The condo was exactly as we expected. The resort has 2 buildings, this unit being in the building right on the beach, with a ground level pool/hot tub/small kiddie pool, and the other building has a sky bridge to get to the parking garage, an outdoor heated pool/hot tub, and fitness center. We had 3 small children so we didn't go out on the balcony too much (this unit is on the 10th floor!), but we did still go out a few times to enjoy the great views. The kitchen is pretty well equipped for cooking when it comes to pots/pans/utensils, but be sure to bring your own salt/pepper/cooking oils, etc. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the bedding was all very clean. The couch was somewhat uncomfortable if you didn't have a pillow behind your back, but the accent chair was great. Overall it was a cozy place! We will definitely look at staying here if we come back to Panama City Beach!

This place was great and I would recommend this place. The condo was very clean when we got there and had the perfect about of space for the group that I came with. All kitchen utensils were provided. It was in a good location and the private pool and spa right next to the beach was the best part. Balcony was amazing. Great place would come to this one again if the opportunity arises.

Absolutely Wonderful!
We loved everything about this condo! We have stayed at Grand Panama for years. But, this condo was better than any of our previous ones. The super cute decor and furnishings reminded us of the HGTV beachfront condos. & We loved that the bunks were full sized beds rather than twins. We would definitely recommend staying at this condo and will definitely be returning in the future.

Very Nice Condo ! The outside balcony was amazing. All 6 of us sat outside and talked for hours with plenty of space for us to move around. Amazing condo. Would definitely recommend.

Cozy condo with amazing view
The condo was very cozy and nicely decorated. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. The balcony was a major plus with amazing views! The tiki bar served good food and drinks. The pool was a nice break from the beach! We will definitely be back to stay in this condo and are looking forward to seeing the changes of the remodel the owners are planning.

Exactly as listed. Wonderful condo.
My family to include my parents enjoyed staying in this unit. The owners really put a lot of thought into the decor. Nicely supplied. The fact that they purchased after watching HGTV Beachfront properties was a nice surprise as we love this show. We unfortunately were there during a tropical storm, but by carefully watching the weather report we were able to enjoy the beach. My parents loved the view and did not want to leave the unit. The resort is in walking distance of the Pier but not the Pier Park Shopping. Wonderful breakfast spot within walking distance (Another Broken Egg). Allows you to walk off the decadent waffles. Look forward to renting here again.

Fantastic view and PRIVACY
Despite being in a condo, this unit is very private. The balcony is larger than you would expect in a beachfront condo, which makes it so much more private and quiet. We had everything we could have needed. Very nicely decorated and appointed.
