Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We really enjoyed our stay in 1022W. The unit was spacious, clean, had no smell and is nicely decorated. We always had plenty of hot water and good water pressure and never a problem with the air conditioning. The in-unit washer and dryer were newer and easy to use. The spacious balcony had everything we needed – large table and chairs, two very comfortable lounge chairs and a built-in gas grill. The beds were comfortable, and linens of good quality. We enjoyed the large pool and quick access to the beach. There were a few things that could be improved. In the kitchen, we did not find salt/pepper, plastic wrap, tin foil or extra garbage bags for the kitchen garbage containers. There also was no measuring cup and the one roll of paper towels was cheap and easily tore. It would be great if beach towels were provided. Because the master closet was locked, hanger/shelf space in the master bedroom was limited and inadequate-it was not long enough for a shirt or dress. Finally, there is very little shade by the pool and no umbrellas. There were two small pergolas to offer limited shade. So, overall, we were pleased with our limited time here, but would not be comfortable with an extended stay.Bob - Posted: 6/29/2025

Beautiful and relaxing!
This place was very nice, we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 1/2 week stay. It was clean upon arrival and had all the basic amenities. Beds were comfortable and we loved the extra bunk bed. Wonderful view and very easy access to pools and beach. We had trouble connecting to the internet but the owner was very quick to respond and help us. We would definitely stay here again! A couple things that were annoying, but not bad….the second bedroom needs real curtains. My kids slept in there and it was so bright every morning. The fan in the bathrooms, and also the elevator were VERY loud. Sounded like an airplane taking off. The kitchen utensils for cooking were a little sparse. The closet in the master bedroom was locked, they provided a small hanging bar in the bedroom but it was quite annoying. The patio furniture needed cleaning. We ate out there once but everything was dirty and needed a good wiping down. None of those things would keep us from renting again, more just our preferences I guess.Jeffrey - Posted: 3/1/2023

Amazing property and condo
En Soleil is the only place we stay in PCB. Beautiful property with absolutely no crowds. The pool and elevators are NEVER crowded. The employees and guests are super nice and friendly. Need extra bath towels
The property was great however we had 7 people staying and only had 6 towels I contacted housekeeping and they said they left towels based on the number of bathrooms not the maximum number of people allowed in the unit they promised to bring us another package of towels but they never showed I ended up buying towels and bath cloths for our stay. So good to work with
Would give 10 stars if we could. We had issues when we arrived at the property (the pool was being redone, and we had traveled with 2 toddlers who needed the entertainment of the pool. totally out of the owners control as it had only started that day and the property had no notified them) and they were very responsive and kind to help us come up with a solution to make sure our vacation was still fantastic. Not to mention we have stayed at En Soleil nearly 10 times and this was by far the nicest unit we have stayed in. So well taken care of and you can tell they have a lot of pride in it. Golf Getaway
Booked a trip for late October to get away with some friends and play golf. Our condo was perfect for anyone looking to accommodate 5-6 people on a guys or girls trip to the beach. Plenty of room and plenty of beds. Room was furnished with great furniture and comfortable beds. I will book this property again for my family vacation in July and again for my golf getaway with friends in October. The built in gas grill on the balcony was fantastic and absolutely nothing in this condo needs updating! Pools and hot tubs were amazing as well. Security is great and property is very family friendly. If you’re coming down to do a little day drinking on the beach and play golf with friends or spend a week with the family, this the place to stay! I’ve been vacationing on the gulf coast for 35+ years and this is the nicest property I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in at least 20 different properties in Panama City alone.Keith M. - Posted: 11/1/2021

Breathtaking
This property was absolutely, hands down the cleanest, most beautiful condo we have had the pleasure of renting. Very low volume guests is a huge plus too. I will never stay in another condo at PC beach again! This one is it! The owners are very hands on and attentive! We left some items behind and they were quick to contact us and get it resolved. Absolutely wonderful!!!
The condo is amazing! It is absolutely beautiful. It's the best private condo!!! We had the best vacation!!! The owners are honestly the best ever!!! They respond back fast and are the nicest we have ever rented from. We will definitely rent this condo again. I read a review about the check in office. It's not the best. Although, it has nothing to do with the condo or the owners. If you don't reach out to the owners, they won't know what's going on. To me it's not worth a low review. Nelson Vacation 2021
Second Chances" at En Soleil was GREAT We loved the Condo it was very large, clean and is in a Wonderful location. The Pool was perfect. The views are amazing ! The Beach is only a few steps from the pool. The ice maker in the kitchen was just AWESOME ! Overall We had a Wonderful time ! Couple of negatives that I think you should be aware of. The kitchen was Great but not stocked with measuring cups or certain items needed to cook with. The check in process was a bit confusing to us. We received a call and was told we must go to the Edgewater Resort for check in even though we had the app. When we arrived there they said the only reason to be there was to sign a document. This document should be an electronic Docu sign. Big waste of time. Edgewater said they would call when the Condo was ready and they did call to say it was ready but the condo was not ready when we arrived. The cleaning crew was extremely nice as we explained we received a call saying the place was ready. They said we understand and to give them 20 minutes to sweep and mop. Other that that the trip was WONDERFUL. Also the security guard was a great help once we arrived on site. The App is very nice as long as you are patient when unlocking the door. Always a Great Family Vacation!
We have stayed at En Soleil for the last 10 years and have rented many of the units in both towers. This particular unit at En Soleil is in the West tower and is by far one of the best units as it is actually updated which a lot of the other units are not. This unit is a 2 bedroom, however, they have converted the large laundry room into an extra bedroom with bunk beds. The views are spectacular, there is never a wait for the elevator and you can always find chairs at the pool. We have stayed in this unit 3 times already and will stay there again for sure! Wonderful Stay
We loved this property! It was exactly as described. Owners were very communicative during stay. We actually had to delay our arrival a few days due to an unexpected death in our family. They were very kind and sent flowers to us there in sympathy. We have stayed in many condos in PCB and this one was in our top favorites. The balcony was wonderful with nice furniture and lots of space. The ice maker was a huge bonus. It was clean and in a great location. No waiting for elevators and parking was assigned. Beautiful location central to everything
The 'Second Chances' condo was perfect for our family of 5. We enjoyed the views from the balcony with our morning coffee and evening wine. The condo is walking distance to several restaurants and all of the Panama City Beach tours (deep sea fishing, dolphin tours, etc) are just a short drive away. The kitchen has all dishwater and utensils needed, but there is zero cooking oil or seasonings, so be sure to grab oil, salt & pepper if you plan to cook during your stay! Small Getaway
Owner was very easy to work with. Facility is as beautiful as I remember from a few years ago. Condo was well stocked, beautifully decorated, and extremely clean. Wonderful Beach Stay!
We have been vacationing at EnSoleil for the last 9 years and this is our second stay in this unit. It is updated which is nice because most of the units at EnSoleil are not. They also have a bunkroom in the laundry room which was perfect for us and our son. Love the En Soleil property
We've been coming to En Soleil for thirteen years now and love this property. This was our first stay in unit 1022. We were very pleased with this beautiful unit. Upon arrival, we discovered we had to drive to another property to pick up the keys and check in. We also had to purchase an additional parking permit but wouldn't have known that if we had not asked security for one when we first arrived at En Soleil. This was the first year we had to go off property to check in . It would have been nice to know this ahead of time so we could have planned accordingly but we had a great stay and I would highly recommend this unit.Paul M. - Posted: 6/10/2019

Perfection!
My family and I just returned home from our stay at Second Chances, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the accommodations in this condo. I have stayed at En Soleil twice before, and this unit was the cleanest and most updated I have been in. The decor is beautiful shabby chic, the kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were updated with gorgeous tile and immaculately clean, and the balcony was to die for. We love En Soleil for the pool area and the large balconies and the fact that there are only 3 condos per floor. NO slow elevators at this property. We will be returning to unit 1022 in the future.
