We had the best time! It was a family/sports getaway. The condo was absolutely perfect, clean, beautifully decorated, quiet and right on the beach but far enough away from all of the busy stuff. It truly felt like a home away from home. We 100% recommend this spot and hope when we need to come back it is available!

Great place to stay with lots of kiddos! And we had three big teenage boys! We have stayed at Emerald Isle for the last 5 years. Beautiful resort with the best location!! Definitely would recommend this resort and this condo!!

Cleanest condo I’ve stayed in at PCB. Views were amazing. We stayed a week and never had any issues. Elevators were fine. Only negative was the master bedroom mattress is very soft and kind of worn, but I saw on an earlier review the owners like it that way lol. Would still stay here again definitely!

Emerald Isle Beach Resort (Room #1902) was an absolutely wonderful experience. I received an immediate response from Panhandle Getaways regarding any question or situation that needed attention leading up to our vacation and afterwards…even after hours (around the clock). Room #1902 at Emerald Isle Beach was a very well decorated (theme oriented) and laid out condo. It was very clean and the view from the balcony was simply amazing!! We felt like one of the greatest benefits of our whole vacation and time spent their at Panama City Beach was being able to get back to the balcony…incredible view of the water and continuous sound of the waves! Such a memorable experience for me, my wife, and my son. Thank you Panhandle Getaways for a memory that we will always cherish.

This place was extraordinary for our week stay! It was very spacious for 5 people. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s a lot bigger in person. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing. The amenities that come with the place such as WiFi, tv, AC, dishwasher, etc were fabulous. I have no complaints with this unit at all! The host responded to any questions within 5-10 minutes and was very helpful with any questions I had. I’d recommend this unit to anybody! I Thank yall for everything!

Everything was perfect about this trip. Super cute decor and loved being able to open the door and listen to the ocean. Host was very responsive and didn’t have one issue with our stay. Has reserved covered parking spot right across from elevators. 4 fast elevators that are always working. Easy beach access ramp that is large enough for beach wheel chair. Condo staff were extremely helpful when I had trouble with motorized beach wheel chair. Beach attendant proactively adjusted included umbrella as the sun moves. If you go down to the beach and he is out for lunch, he leaves a two way radio out so you can call him. Very clean and comfortable condo. Air handler system had an air filter that was newly replaced (some condos have no air filter). Fantastic view of the ocean - balcony is right over the beach. Sitting out on balcony is like sitting on the beach, but no sand. Ramps for wheel chair access to balcony are stored in the main closet. Most of the balcony cannot be seen from the other balconies. Refrigerator made plenty of ice and had good freezer. Stove top was smooth ceramic. Washer and dryer were handy inside condo, but out of the way.

Our stay (4 adults) was AMAZING! We have stayed in several places in PCB but this is one of my all time favorites. The area is on the quieter side of the strip, but still close enough to the action if that is what you like. The unit is as shown in the pics, was clean and we had everything we needed to chillax like we were at home and prepare meals in the condo. The staff onsite is amazing, friendly and they have security onsite as well. Beds were VERY comfy, the balcony is LARGE compared to other places and provides a completely breathtaking view. The free beach chairs and umbrella were a welcome addition to our stay as well. Helen was extremley responsive to my questions and made sure that we had everything we needed to ensure our stay was without issues. We were even able to have early check-in upon our arrival. THANK YOU, HELEN! Don't hesitate to rent this unit. You won't be disappointed at all!

We absolutely loved the location of the condo, the view, and the ease of access to the beach! One of the MAJOR pluses for us was the handicap accessible bathrooms!! The fact that the walk to the beach and beach chairs was so close to the ramp made my mother-in-laws family trip so much better and enjoyable!

The condo was just as advertised. The view was fantastic from the large balcony. The only flaw was the ceiling fan in the master bedroom - it made a very loud thumping noise that kept us up the first night and then we kept it on low which meant we were hot the other nights. Everything was clean and neat except a couple of mold spots on the shower curtains. There should also have been some extra lightbulbs.

We wanted a place to stay where we didn’t have to get out and fight crowds. The unit is spacious, clean and comfortable. We had beach chairs with an umbrella available every day and vigilant attendants that checked on us occasionally. I was able to cook in a well stocked kitchen and also eat out or get delivery super easy. I wish I never had to leave! The covered parking was nice although the space was pretty tight to get in and out of. The beach is gorgeous and we had perfect weatger and water. I will return!

Condo was GREAT! Perfect location for our family of 5 (kids aged 12, 7, and 8 months). Husband and I had coffee on the balcony each morning and breakfast with the family. It is on the quiet end of the beach but a short Uber or Trolley ride to the Pier and other attractions. Resort staff was friendly and amenities were clean. Helen was easy to work with and responded quickly to any and all questions. She helped reserve a pack and play for the baby, which was ready to pick up upon arrival. I would go back and stay in her condo in a heart beat!

We loved this condo and would love to stay again. It worked great for our family of 5. One of my favorite features of these condos was the big balcony over looking the ocean! It was beautiful. The inside was great and had everything we needed. Having the refrigerator with ice and water was a great bonus!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay in Panama City Beach, even though it rained some every day! What a beautiful condo! The condo is very clean and uncluttered and has a wonderful balcony to watch the rain and read and/or nap. We were also able to see sting rays swimming in the water from the balcony. At night we watched all the lights up and down the beach of those looking for crabs. The condo was equipped with anything that we needed and was big enough to host dinner and games for 8 one night. The walk in shower was nice for those with knee issues and the ceiling fans were great for keeping things nice and cool without freezing. The front row chairs are a plus, as is the parking space close to the elevators. It was nice having a door code so we didn't have to keep up with keys. Emerald Isle is located close to restaurants and Pier Park, which we visited when we weren't being lazy. We also had an excursion for the girls to swim with dolphins and the guys to go on a half day fishing trip. Should we return to PCB, we would LOVE to stay in this condo again! Thanks!

The view from the balcony was amazing. I did stress a bit having 2 small children and worrying about them accidently dropping things over. The kitchen had everything we needed. The decor was nice and beachy and had enough seating for all of us. It would have been nice to have a smart TV so that we could watch Disney+ and Netflix. Nice to have laundry right there! The property is lovely and perfectly accommodated our beach get away. My friend and I each had our own bedroom and bathroom, which was a huge perk, and the ocean view was incredible. We took advantage of the hot tub and met other friendly residents there. When we did want to venture out, food and shopping were nearby. The beds were comfy, the supplies provided by the host (paper products and linens) met our needs. We arrived after check-in and were able to park and easily access the unit. We'd definitely stay at this property again.

Our unit came with a parking spot and beach chairs which was very helpful with two small children. Loved the location for us because it was easy to get around. Would definitely stay again.

This property has a magnificent view of the ocean. The place was spotless and very clean. My only suggestion is that they upgrade the mattress on the pull out couch. It wasn't very comfortable. That being said, I would definitely recommend this place and I would certainly book it again.

My husband and I couldn’t have been more happy with this condo. Beautifully decorated, clean and included everything we needed. The balcony is big and so nice to sit out there and look at the beach and water. The chairs and umbrella that were included were great. Also, the parking spot was so handy. We had a great experience at Emerald Isle Resort! Helen was just Awesome! She showed up at our condo about 8pm to fix the issue with our living room tv/cable. I was very impressed! She was super personable and very professional! Enjoyed just chit chatting with her! The condo was as advertised and I would definitely consider staying here again! We enjoyed it so much! This place is great! The views are spectacular! The beach was clean and beautiful! The 2 beach chairs are a perk and you can rent more if you need more! It’s a quiet area of PCB but close enough to action if you want to be part of that. And definitely in walking distance to conveniences; shopping (tourist shops), restaurants (Coconuts is great), and a couple convenience stores. Pier Park is about 2 miles away and there’s lots of parking. We saw dolphins from the balcony! The pools are clean, one freezing, and one heated. And the hot tub is also clean and really hot and big! Lots of seating around all! I definitely recommend this place. It was very spacious for our family of 4.

This property looks exactly like the pictures, if not better in person! it’s so beautiful, bright & open. I’ve never stayed in such an amazing condo. I was worried about being on the 19th floor with a 2 year old , but the bars are so tight together that it’s super safe & an amazing view! Clean and well maintained! Away from the elevators and trash chute. Greatly decorated. New and very sturdy outdoor furniture on the balcony. Loved the view from the 19th floor! There is a steam room and heated pool on the ground floor. Very friendly and welcoming lady at the office where we purchased a parking pass at the time of our arrival. Everything was great. We have stayed in Panama for the last 11 years. We have always stayed at the Calypso because it’s across the street from Pier Park. Glad we switched to Emerald Isle mainly for hot tub and heated pool. Parking spot is amazing although small. We would for sure book another vacation here.

My husband and I barely escaped the storm (all flights canceled ane roads literally started icing as we decided to drive from OK to FL) to spend the week relaxing in this beautiful condo! The weather was chilly and we only had one day of sunshine, but we also got to see an amazing sunset that day from the balcony. We also saw dolphins many times, various birds, and it was even cool to watch the storms roll in. The condo itself was clean, had all the amenities, and is exactly as detailed and as photographed. Check in process was smooth and everyone we encountered at the property was very friendly. I would definitely recommend!

My family took a short get a way. Everything was a breeze and a joy to work with the owner. We enjoyed our stay very much. The unit was very clean and up to date. We stayed on the 19th floor and the 4 elevators were very fast and efficient. Didn't have to wait very long at all. We had a couple of small issues when we arrived, but the property manager came in-person to handle them immediately! The view here is perfection. The balcony bows out and gives an amazing view in both directions. We were concerned that the 19th floor would be too high, but it's now our favorite. Only suggestion I have is when everyone is leaving the beach due to storm, take the stairs if you can as this was the only time we had issues with the elevators and the mattress in the 2nd bedroom could be better. Great location overall!

We booked just a couple of days before our trip and received immediate confirmation from the property owner. She also provided very detailed instructions for cheeking in, parking, accessing the condo, and all included amenities. Check-in was simple and we were in the condo within 10 minutes of arrival. The condo was beautiful, even better than described. The ocean front wrap around balcony was amazing. Beach and pool access were simple and we even had front row beach chairs included in the stay - absolutely perfect. Helen was very responsive; I e-mailed looking for a kitchen utensil and when we couldn't find it, Helen brought one to us. She really went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We can't wait to come back!

I can not complain about anything. Everything was absolutely perfect. My whole family and I had a great time. The weather was great. Every day we saw dolphins, sea turtles, and sting rays from our balcony. My wife and kids loved that. The condo was excellent. There was more than enough room for all 5 of us. There wasn't any trouble in finding a parking spot either. Everyone we talked to was really nice and friendly too. There was one bad thing........ We had to come home. We will be back next year.

This is an excellent condo. Great location (close to all the hot spots in PCB), great condo (amazing view, very clean and easy check in) and working with Helen was wonderful! I have a special needs son and the walk in shower (with a handrail) was a Godsend. Also, kudos to Helen for working with me on a special request for my son. Condo was clean and very cute. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. View is amazing from the master bedroom and the living room. Huge balcony is a great place to eat your breakfast and drink your coffee. Condo is right on the beach and the beach chair service was a great feature. There was plenty of parking and very accessible. The location was great too, close to activities but far enough away to avoid the traffic. Check-in and check-out was very simple and hassle free. If we ever go back to PCB we will definitely stay here again.

We had a amazing stay at Emerald Isle 1902. Beautiful condo with everything you need. The balcony was my favorite spot for watching the ocean and drift away with my thoughts. Could not believe the refrigerator had a ice maker. I have stayed in condos or resorts and always had to buy bag ice. Great having TVs in living area and bedrooms. There were 4 elevators and never had to wait. Condo was decorated with beach motif that put you right in the beach mood. Kitchen had everything from coffee maker to blender. I will return soon and wouldn't stay elsewhere.

OK, so things seldom go as planned. In this case, we were satisfied beyond our expectations. A short notice rental, the unit is beautiful, well furnished and well equipped. The amenities at the property are on par with anything else at PCB, and it's got Mike's Cafe and Oyster Bar right across the street! This condo is right on the beach and away from all the busy-ness of PCB. From the balcony we watched a sea turtle and two rays. The guy at the chair rentals was great! Sweet kid! There are four elevators so you can usually get where you are going easily. We enjoyed our stay in this condo!

The unit (1902) was very clean & comfortable. The beds were so comfortable especially a long drive ( West Jefferson, Oh). The view was incredible and the beach was great.

We were pleased to drive up to the property building and be able to see the beach from the parking area. When we got into the Condo it was very clean, smelled good, linens looked crisped and you couldn't beat the view. It was beautiful. The condo was very comfortable, and was decorated very nicely. Loved our vacation, and would recommend any one staying at PCB to this location. Road in front of condo complex was quite and wasn't as busy as on down the road.
