Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

This property was a 5 star stay and has everything you would need in the kitchen as far as dishes and utensils. it is convenient to the beach with your balcony overlooking the water. it is a one mile walk to pier park or about 2 blocks to the hidden lagoon put put golf and raceway for go carts. the hotel has additional parking behind the parking garage for trailering your motorcycle which I do every year for the motorcycle rally. Communication from the staff is handled within an hour. I definitely recommend this location for your stay

Emerald Beach Resort - condo # 730

The dish washer wouldn’t work. The dryer lint tray was full. The lint tray got caught on one of my bras and an outfit and torn them up. The couch was very old and uncomfortable.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay at Emerald Beach. Our condo was beautiful, I loved waking up to the view of the ocean and a table where we could work on the deck or at the table in front of the big picture window. Would love to stay here again

Beautiful Place to Stay

This condo was beautiful! When we arrived the check in was so simple and our condo was very clean. The balcony view and master bedroom view of the beach is a view I will alway remember. It was so pretty. I recommend this place! We will be coming back 😊

Perfect room!

This was the perfect room for our group! The only complaints we had were the dishwasher was broken and the master bathtub barely had hot water. Overall, it was a great stay with a gorgeous view!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was just as pictured, newly updated and absolutely beautiful. The only complaint which was minor would be both bathroom showers(showerheads, lining of the standup shower) were a little mildewy. Check-In was super easy as we had all our acsess codes through the app we were able to go straight to our condo and avoid the long check-in lines and the same with checkout. Overall we enjoyed our stay and our views every morning from the balcony! If we return in the future would definitely rebook this condo!

7th Heaven

We have stayed at this property b4 and were very pleased W/the remodel. Location was excellent. The only minor complaint was that the shower curtain liner in guest bathroom (at the bottom) had a line of mold .It should have been replaced. I'd book this place again !

Spring Break

Resort was wonderful. Close to Pier Park. Stay here in the summers for vacation as well. Clean Rooms, nice pools (one is across the street from the beach) Parking garage.
