We have stayed at Eastern Shores 108 multiple times because of the location and wonderful unit. It's always a perfect trip! It's unfortunate to see the rental companies put out so many chairs and umbrellas. If you get out there early enough, you can use your own chairs and umbrella. We reserved bicycles that are included with the reservation this time, and that was excellent. The company delivered them, and they were fun to use! The only suggestion is that the upstairs tends to get warm. The fan they include in the closet is helpful. The back door could use some WD-40; it was hard to open and shut. Eastern Shores 108 was in a great spot off 30A. The private beach was for guests and owners in the small complex, so was never crowded. The unit was spotless, well equipped, and the beds very comfy. There were good restaurants close by. Good choice.Patricia - Posted: 6/12/2025

We loved the location - off 30A. Because there are only a few units in the complex, the beach was never crowded. The proximity to the Old Florida Fishhouse was a plus. That is our favorite restaurant in the area. The complimentary bikes made the trip so enjoyable for my grandson. We had questions about things on several days and got immediate response in a friendly, helpful manner. I would suggest providing a fob for at least a couple of people in a group. One was not enough for three people to share because we did not go to the beach all together always. The door from the hall bath to the laundry area sticks and the kitchen needs a cutting board - small things. Overall, we had almost everything we needed. The unit was spotless and the beds very comfy. I have been going to the Destin area since 1973 - first as a newly wed, then with small children, then with teens, now with grandchildren. Perfect for us!

Eastern Shores is a cute secluded condo, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The inside is upgraded, well furnished, with comfy king beds both down and upstairs! The balcony has two outside tables if you have a full house seating 8, the high top is perfect for morning breakfast whilst watching the waves. Very close to the private beach and nearby lake. I would recommend this condo to anyone! Definitely suggest bringing an additional fan for the upstairs if you sleep hot, as it does get a bit toasty.Austin - Posted: 9/8/2024

Great stay! Loved the location of the beach. Perfect stay for last minute vacay. Also, the host was extremely nice because the other family that stayed with us left their wallet & they were kindly enough to offer to mail it to her. Super sweet gesture. Condo looked exactly as photographed - nicely decorated with gorgeous view of the ocean, directly on the beach! Located on the third floor. Beds were comfy including the pull out sofa. The bunk beds are comfy but have limited headspace. The master bedroom is upstairs with a master bath. Plenty of towels and extra pillows. Kitchen has all the essentials. Balcony was spacious with seating for 7 - you could watch the sunset directly from the balcony! Beach stadium chairs were located under the bunk beds. Many restaurants/places nearby that you could safely ride bikes to on 30A. This is tucked back on Eastern Lake Road and not on 30A making the condo location quiet and peaceful. Parking is very limited for additional cars. There were many family board games. Tv in each bedroom and in the family room. 2 1/2 baths - the extra 1/2 bath was greatly appreciated! The two bedrooms are far from each other giving great privacy to both. We felt spoiled with the comfort and location of this condo!Debbie - Posted: 1/2/2023

Sea Grove retreat
This condo was terrific! I wanted to have beach access and a great view and it was the the perfect location. It was so easy to walk to the beach and return to the condo for snacks. The property was very clean and easy to find. There is only one parking spot which was all we needed. We stayed early May so it wasn't too hot yet.. but the upstairs bedroom was warm. I just had to adjust the A/C to keep the upstairs cool at night. Otherwise we were on the beach and out most of the day. The bedrooms have King beds and they were very comfortable. The two bunk beds in the hall are small so they are ideal for children and not tall teenagers. We did not use the pull out couch. If you are planning on cooking for a bigger family you may want to request larger and multiple cooking pans. We only cooked breakfast for four so we managed with the two small pans. Definitely time to upgrade the cookware. We were able to drive to Rosemary Beach and Seaside in minuets. If you are using bikes, it is far for the kids to meet friends in those areas. My son would have preferred to be closer to Seaside and all the action. If you are planning to hang at the beach and drive to dinner, this condo is awesome. Great Girls Trip Getaway
The Condo was great. Very clean, great view from the balcony of the beach and Ocean. We had coffee in the mornings on the balcony and drinks in the evenings on the balcony. Beautiful, comfortable, with gorgeous updates!

Family Fun at Seagrove Beach
Our family had a wonderful relaxed stay at Easter Shores on beautiful Seagrove Beach. Our condo was nicely laid out to accommodate 4 adults and 2 teenagers. It was nice to be close enough to the beach to easily and quickly walk back and forth to the condo when needed. The water was absolutely perfect every day. Some days we played until dark then prepared our own fresh seafood from Goatfeathers Market. Other days we traveled a short distance to eat at some of the wonderful local seafood restaurants. My whole family commented that the food on our trip was the best we’ve ever had. Great condo and location!
Loved being that close to the water! Condo was updated. Two master suites with king beds and full bathroom, hallway bunks (only suitable for small children), 1/2 bath in hallway. One of the master suites is upstairs in the "loft" area....stairs were no problem for me, but something to keep in mind if any of the guests has issues with stairs (they would need to use the other bedroom). Probably not great for small children. Neither BR has a view of the ocean, which was a little weird, but no biggie....the view from the living area/kitchen area was just fine! Very clean. Plenty of towels. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was well-stocked in terms of pots and pans and such. Loved the location. Rented two chairs and an umbrella for our stay ($25/day for consecutive days), which was nice. Otherwise, get out early in the morning to reserve your "spot" at the edge of the water with your own chairs. Would definitely return to this condo if in the area again.Tracey B. - Posted: 5/31/2019

This condo was amazing! It was beautifully updated and the location was perfect.
We were really looking forward to our stay here in Seagrove. It is our family tradition to vacation every year on 30A and this year was no different. This was by far our favorite condo that we have stayed in. Unfortunately, our stay was cut very short by Hurricane Michael. We checked in on Saturday and we had a mandatory evacuation on Monday. We were also doomed by the Red Tide. Panhandle Getaways handled this very well and offered us a 5 day stay another time to make up for the lost time we had due to the weather. We hope that everyone was safe and this beautiful home sustained minimal damage. We could not have asked for a better place to spend our week as a family! We were indeed very sad to leave, especially with the little time we had to enjoy it, but we needed for our family to be safe from the massive hurricane. We will be back to enjoy the remainder of our vacation. Thank you to the owner of this home and to Panhandle Getaways. This home was well equipped, beautifully updated, the location was perfect and the view was amazing. Thank you for having us and we will be back again soon. Great location and beautiful condo.
Location was terrific and loved the slowed down style of Eastern Lake area. The condo was decorated beautifully and supplied with plenty of bath towels, dishes and glassware. We had a great time.
Everything was so nice. You should put the new updated pictures on the website, it is much nicer than these pics. The beach is amazing and you can't get much closer. If you are a coffee drinker you might want to bring your own, the 5 cup maker they have is good but you end up making many pots every morning.
