The condo was conveniently located on the beach. The condo manager and the office staff were very accommodating. The views out the windows of the condo were amazing. Having two balconies with high top chairs was a nice bonus.

We loved this condo. The ocean view is stunning. We stayed with our family of 6 and two small dogs. The beds were all comfortable and the staff were kind and helpful. Check out the restaurant on site, it’s a cute little shop with good sandwiches! The condo had everything you could need plus some. Attractions were all close. Super close to Saint Andrews State Park. The only con was some cleanliness issues on the ceiling, to no fault of the owner, which will be addressed. We had a tiny wedding ceremony right out on the beach and when the officiant said “you may kiss the bride” the surrounding beach and people out on the balcony is the condos erupted in applause and woot woots! I give it 5 stars.

The view from our unit was absolutely beautiful. You could see the sunset, the sunrise, and the full moon when it came out, we had a wonderful time. All the restaurants were excellent and we found the people to be so friendly and kind everywhere we went.

We enjoyed a very relaxing week in a wonderful condo! The views were amazing and the sunsets were breathtaking…..from the balcony, or from the comfortable living area inside the condo. This condo had all the comforts of home plus some. We couldn’t have been more pleased with our accommodations! The communication was top notch and very timely, from beginning to end. This was our first time to visit PCB, we have always vacationed in the Outerbanks but this year we wanted to see the blue water & white sands. We were NOT disappointed. The views from this unit were spectacular. It had a unique angle that managed to point right towards the ocean from the kitchen sink, living room, dining room, and both balconies that also allowed you to see the breathtaking sunset every evening. There is so much to do in this area that my review would be a mile long if i tried to list it all. This unit was very well stocked with everything our family needed. The parking was great, the elevator was quick, the views superb! Also any questions i ever had were answered almost immediately. We will 100% be back! Thank you

My family and I stayed at this condo during a week long baseball tournament. I was blown away by the views of this condo. There are beautiful views in every location of the home, and it was nice a quite in the evenings, which was a huge plus for me. To add to the lovely condo, the home owner, Stephanie, was so much fun to speak with and truly made things easier on my arrival. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a roomy place to stay and are not willing to part with their fur babies.

This condo has amazing views! We enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time at Dunes of Panama. The condo was in good condition with no major complaints other than a few areas needing a little extra attention from the cleaning crew, but that did not impose on our stay. You absolutely cannot beat the views. Did I mention the views? Stephanie (the owner) was great to work with. I would definitely recommend this condo!

The unit was spacious, comfortable, clean, and you couldn’t ask for more convenience - in every way. The covered parking spot was so close to the lobby entrance. The elevator was only a few steps inside the lobby and the condo door just a few steps from the elevator! We enjoyed the unit immensely and will definitely stay again!

My family and I enjoyed staying here with the fantastic view of the beach and ocean. The location to the elevator and trash shoot was very convenient. I loved sitting on the balcony in the high chairs to watch the ocean and the beautiful sunsets. There was plenty of room for the five of us.

Property pictures were pretty accurate. Right on the beach, which was much needed. Owner was more than helpful and sent more information on the area upon request. Will definitely consider booking again.

This has been the best view I have ever experienced. No matter which room you are in, you have a great ocean front view. Stephanie is absolutely the best to work with and is on top of everything. Beautiful condo with amazing views from all of the windows! Kitchen was beyond well equipped. The living room furniture was different from the picture where there isn't a sectional but a sofa & reclining loveseat/theater seats. Very nice. The beds were very soft. It was a little too lumpy for our taste, but it's vacation and not your bed 365 so it was fine. The decor was lovely! Even our 11 year old commented that she wanted to come back to this condo because of the decor, the windows and the big balcony. I agree!

This three bedroom beach condo is a beauty. Yes, it has a nice 85" TV, and it has three well-appointed bedrooms, and it has a covered parking spot, and...and...and... BUT! Nothing compares to the wall of windows facing the beach in June. Whether we wanted to enjoy the sunrise, sunset, or those daily afternoon Florida showers, we did not miss any of it. The give-and-take is that the main balcony is not as big as some of the units in the D and E building, but we were happy to "give" that up to "take" in the beautiful views every day. Thanks for a great unit and a great stay.

We have stayed in PCB for over 30 years in various condos. This Condo is by far at the top of our list now! The views of the beach and access are just steps away off the elevator! Our family and friends did not want to leave this gorgeous unit! Everything you need and more is provided! Our group of 7 had plenty of room to spread out and not feel cramped at all! The condo is so spacious and decorated very lovely! Stephanie was so easy to work with as was the management , (Rusty), at the check in office. We had perfect weather and cannot wait to come back! Loved it so much!!

Manager, Stephanie was very helpful with everything. The condo is exactly as shown in the pictures. If you want a beautiful decor, an amazing view, and wonderfully comfortable furniture, pick this condo. There are huge windows overlooking the ocean in every room except the baths and laundry room. The kitchen has everything you need for gourmet meals, except a blender (which I probably just could not find, but didn't need). Loved it, so restful.

This condo has an amazing view! Really appreciated the two chairs and umbrella that comes with the condo. The owner and maintenance man responded quickly to our concerns. My grandsons loved the activities in the area, as we had two very windy days when we couldn’t sit on the beach. Pools were nice.

The kitchen was very well stocked with EVERYTHING you will need except food and beverages. Rooms were very spacious. Bathrooms were nice. Master suites has a very nice shower and lots of counter space. Balcony off dining room has splendid views from east to west on the beach. Sunsets were amazing. Master suite balcony has nice beach view. The beach is literally 20 steps from this condo. Maintenance guys were awesome. Relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful sunsets and beach views.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this space! The views were a pleasure to wake up to every morning…instant access to the beach and pools. Everything in the unit was in great shape…we weren’t lacking a single thing. The overall property could probably use a little updating/refreshing, but it doesn’t take away from the experience at all. We loved that this property was a little away from the busier sections of PCB. It felt a little more private and less congested at the local spots and at the beach as well. One of the bedrooms was a bit warmer than any of the other rooms but we suspect that it’s because it’s the one room that’s directly exposed to the sun all day. The owner, Stephanie was attentive and communicative. Genuinely felt like she was looking out for us and wanted us to have a good experience. We had a GREAT time! Thank you!

And in addition to the new 82 inch HD TV that went in recently, the master balcony also now has polywood chairs like the main balcondy and a new couch with dual recliners built in is also on the way! This was our first time using VRBO so we didn't know exactly what to expect. Right off the bat the host was responsive to our questions and very helpful. Check in and out went exactly as described and was easy. Everyone on the property was friendly and helpful. The living/kitchen space is ideal for families because it is big and open. The master bedroom/bathroom is large with plenty of space. Our kids and grandkids had the best vacation!

Staying in this condo is like staying on the beach! When you are in the living room, bedroom, or balconies; they all have perfect views of the beach.... I've never felt so stress free on vacation!

We loved our stay in this home. Waking up to the beach right out our window and literally steps away was just the best.
