ABOUT SEAGROVE BEACH on 30A
The quintessential beach town of Seagrove Beach is a favorite among frequent visitors to 30A. It’s a classic beach town with no organized town center and an eclectic mix of old school cottages and brand new construction. In Seagrove you will find 30A’s only high-rise building, which was built before the 40-foot height limit went into effect, and the white sand beaches are never far away if you're in Seagrove. The abundance of magnolias and oak trees creates a relaxed atmosphere where bike riding and walking are the norm. The upscale dining of Café Thirty-A and the original fried seafood mecca Seagrove Village Market Café lead the way for great local dining. Seagrove is centrally located on 30A between Seaside (to the west) and Watersound Beach (to the east).

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

My wife enjoyed a few days at the beach for fall break. The condo met all of our needs. Everything was as advertised and was extremely clean! Great location with easy walk to the beach with several restaurants nearby including donuts, pizza, Mexican & ice cream. Communication with the owner was fantastic during booking, check-in, and check-out. We would definitely consider booking again in the future.

Place was clean and right across from the beach. The bottom of the building has multiple shops we stopped in more than once for drinks and sunscreen which was very convenient. Short Uber to bars/restaurants and the beds were nice. Came with lots of kitchen stuff and supplies which was nice as well and the host sent plenty of info beforehand and was responsive to questions.
