CAPE COTTAGES
Nestled just outside the entrance to T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, our vacation rentals offer the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure along Florida’s Gulf Coast. This hidden gem, located on Cape San Blas, provides easy access to both the Gulf of Mexico and St. Joseph Bay, making it ideal for outdoor lovers and beachgoers alike.

Spend your days soaking up the sun on white sandy beaches, casting a line into the surf or bay, kayaking through calm waters, or collecting seashells along the shoreline. Evenings are best spent around a beach bonfire or capturing the stunning sunsets that light up the sky in brilliant hues – a true photo-worthy experience!

With opportunities for boating, fishing, shelling, hiking, biking, and more, Cape San Blas delivers a peaceful, family-friendly escape away from the crowds. You’ll find a laid-back atmosphere, rich natural beauty, and the kind of coastal charm that keeps guests coming back year after year.

PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well-trained dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

The perfect little cottage for a quick beach trip. Far exceeded our expectations. The place was clean with a great design and had everything we needed and more for three days. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and tools. We really appreciated the vacuum and the outside hose to keep the sand under control. We were a little confused about the beach access bc the one they direct you to said private but Katie assured us it was the right one to use. We really enjoyed our time here and will likely return.

Was exactly as pictured. They provide a little box with a sponge dishwasher pods, dish detergent for the kitchen. In the bathroom there is a little box with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap and more I cant remember it all but the place was great!

Perfect size for our group

Let me start by saying thank you, again, to Jamie for her customer service during our check-in! She got us set up the moment we arrived.The cottages are the perfect size for a family. Having multiple cottages so close to one another allows multiple families to travel together, but still allows for some personal time and space. The pool was great. It’s a quick walk to the beach and a good mid point on the Cape that allowed an easy drive anywhere we wanted to go. Having Long Bills made dinner easier a couple nights also!
