Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

So happy we went with this resort and this room! The size, the furniture, the views!!! I am saving this room and information if I travel to Panama City beach in the future. Matched the description and was everything I could have wanted for my family. Book the room if you see it available! You will not be disappointed! We loved this condo!!! Very updated and luxurious. Balcony was hugeeee and do not let being across the street deter your decision, you can see all the way down the coast towards Seaside/Destin AND all of Pier Park to watch the night life. We shared an elevator with other people maybe twice our whole stay, so no issues there or getting to the beach. Everything you needed was there and very clean!!!10/10

This host was so kind she let us book and get in the room quickly. Our original Airbnb was sold and we were never made aware. After arriving and having nowhere to stay, they held the condo until everything was sorted out. Beautiful place to stay, lots of restaurants in walking distance & very clean! Definitely would recommend.

Great location and beautiful condo!

Condo is super chic/ had all we needed. Complex is super nice. As others have mentioned it can be loud as you are right on the street and there is construction happening next door. Also right by helicopter place so that can also be loud. But views from balcony are beautiful and noise didn't bother us much at all! Would suggest comped be a little less strict over pool rules as well. But a great condo, comfy beds, awesome beach!

Building is in great location with nice amenities. Beach is easy to access. Perfect for teens and young adults. Beach chairs are an extra cost but otherwise, should have everything you need

Great condo and location in PCB.

The condo is beautiful, clean and very well maintained. The location is great for restaurants, bars, and things to do within walking distance. The only downside to being in the middle of the action is the noise. The location of this unit in Calypso III puts you right over the street. Even 22 floors up we could still hear the honking, engine revving and music from the cars. It wasn’t horrible, but did have an impact on sitting on the balcony. The management company was very responsive and easy to work with. They do hold some information (e.g. door codes and wrist band requirement) back until you “need” it. I completely understand this, but is hard for a planner. It drove several phone calls/txts asking for information that I guess we didn’t “need” yet. But again, not a huge inconvenience and they were very responsive anytime we asked. All in all this was a great stay.
