INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

This was a great corner condo with a large balcony that oversees the pool. The condo was well maintained and served as a beautiful space for our large group of 11 (7 adults, 4 kids). The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. The washer/dryer helped us keep up with towels and laundry for the week. Only feedback would be that the queen mattress could use to be updated and a larger couch would be nice to help better accommodate winding down at night. Would definitely stay here again though!

I would suggest more comfortable seating for the number that this unit holds. There's only one couch and one sofa chair. The rest had to sit at the high top table in dining area. Not really a social place to relax in with your family/friends after a long day at the beach.

This was a great condo for our family vacation! Note that is in on the second floor overlooking the pool area of the condos. This was great for being close by as some were swimming and some were still in the condo, but can be loud if you are trying to relax on the balcony. The balcony is HUGE and was enjoyed by everyone. The first bedroom has a bunk bed with a trundle, so 3 beds total. The couch does not have a pull out bed, but we did not need it. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need, including a coffee pot, Keurig, and blender. Everything was very clean and we enjoyed our stay! Just a short walk across the street to the beach and a short walk to Pier Park! The front desk at the condo is available if you need any assistance. I could not figure out the wifi password, so that was a bummer but I did not need it as we were on vacation. TVs come equipped with Netflix, etc built in so you just need to sign in to an acct. Also, the elevators can be slow so I recommend taking the stairs that are right next to the door (good thing it is on the second floor). Would definitely book again!
