Guests will enjoy luxury flooring, paint, recessed lighting, shiplap throughout the entire condo, added built-in shelving on the wet bar, new 65” smart TV’s in the living room and master bedroom, and a 55” smart TV in the spare bedroom. Every room has a TV! This is the only unit in the building with double vanities in BOTH bathrooms which is ideal for big families, multi-couple trips, or even groups of friends staying at the unit. The master bathroom has a completely new walk-in shower, tiled from floor to ceiling.

The balcony has turf which is easy on the feet and the view from the balcony is expansive. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets every morning/evening or watch the fireworks on NYE or July 4th. It’s the perfect spot! Due to adding captain chairs you will have no problem with the balcony railing obstructing your view.

Parking is easy and it’s within walking proximity to everything you can imagine due to it being the closest building to Pier Park. Shopping, restaurants, bars, entertainment, movie theaters, grocery stores, and the pier are all walking distance.

A binder with all of the restaurants, entertainment, shopping, etc in the unit for you to look through. You can also rent jet skis directly on the beach below our condo, rent golf carts, bicycles, and slingshots across the street from the unit as well.

Parking at Calypso Resort - There is a Registration Fee of $60.00 per vehicle paid directly to the resort association which includes one parking pass. Additional passes may be requested but cannot be guaranteed due to limited availability.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

If you are looking for a place that feels like an upscale pent house suite on the beach, this condo is the place to stay. From style to cleanliness you and your family will be living the best beach life. Perfectly located near shopping, yummy food and of course right on its own private beach your vacation will be worth every moment and memory! Also, don’t forget to take a 15 min drive to rosemary and alys beach to rent bikes and cruise around to the all the shops while taking in the most gorgeous sunsets. I promise you this place will not disappoint. Book and make memories.

When we looked online we thought the place looked gorgeous and we were excited to come and get some sun…. But when we arrived we were blown away! The unit far exceeded our expectations. We have never been to PCB before, but the location was great for our family. We only used our car one time in almost 5 days. Everything was right there. The beach is gorgeous. The water was surprisingly warm enough for everyone to enjoy the water during the days. The kids loved the pools too and we enjoyed the tiki bar for drinks while relaxing! Would highly recommend this unit to anyone! Really nice from top to bottom. Everything was new and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The master shower was a dream. The sunsets off the balcony were to die for. We will definitely be back!
