My friend and I needed a beach vacation and Ann’s place was amazing! Great location and walkable to activities and great restaurants. Everything was so nice and clean and looks just like the pictures. Beach front view so took advantage of enjoying the balcony. The front desk people were so nice and helpful. Great people and drinks at the resort’s tiki bar. I think sometimes it’s hard to keep pools clean when they are so close to the beach but their pools were clean and very refreshing! Getting the 2 chairs and umbrella that was included with the stay was super easy and convenient. Also being on a high floor, we didn’t have any issues with the elevators or having to wait long on them at all. Ann and her team were so nice and easy to communicate with! Overall great experience and would definitely come back!

Calypso resort is just beautiful and breathtaking. Close to shopping at pier park and the pier with ease to many restaurants. Our stay in the East tower was just as advertised and more. Very very clean and beautiful condo! Honeymoon suite had the best tub too! Our sleep was the best we’ve had away from home. Beds were just so comfortable. The pools were so clear and clean and the tiki bar served us some yummy celebration drinks for 60th birthday! We’ve stayed all up and down PCB and this ranks as our favorite!

The location of the condo within Panama City Beach was excellent and being on the 15th floor was AWESOME!!!!! Beautiful, beautiful view!!!!! We had everything we needed and really enjoyed the reserved parking spot within the building. If we come back to PBC, we would want to stay in this same condo. Brian was great and extremely communicative and helpful! I was here for the Ironman and this is the BEST location for the race. The swim start is right there, transition area , Ironman Village and the finish line a short walk away. I highly suggest staying in the condo ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I stayed July 5th-12th. From the point we booked, Brian was very informative and concise with what was needed to complete the process. The reserved parking spot was so nice. Really close to the elevator. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked with necessities. We especially like having the chairs and umbrella available to use. The attention to detail from every aspect was truly appreciated. From the fake snakes to keep birds off balcony to furniture inside and out. We will definitely be staying here again as we have found our new favorite condo.

A truly outstanding stay at Calypso Resort Tower 1 Condo 1505 (Feb 1-April 19, 2025). The condo had impeccable cleanliness, with warm and inviting atmosphere. We had excellent communication with our host Brian. Photos and description of property corresponded to reality. Very comfortable accommodations and beautifully decorated. Walking distance to all amenities. Brian was very responsive to our inquiries and we were treated very kindly. We would avoid booking during spring break (high school kids were noisy and disrespectful). No smoking and no pets policies were not respected in quite a few condos. Owners would need to ensure guests are aware of policies and provide postings in their condos. We had quite a few days during our stay that we could not stay outdoors on balcony because of cigarette and cigar smoke. Security personnel and staff of the resort were fantastic.

This was our 4th year at Calypso and 3rd at this condo. As usual, our stay was wonderful! Brian and Julie are great hosts and always quick to reply if needed. We love the ability to park under the building and straight up to the condo - it's so convenient. The walk to Pier Park is easy and this year, we actually only hopped in the car twice to eat somewhere other than Pier Park! I think our multiple year stays at 1505 show how pleased we are here!

Our stay at the Calypso Condo was a very exciting experience as always. This is our 4th year attending the Seabreeze Festival and 3rd year staying there. It is our favorite location to stay. The owners are great to work with. The condo has an excellent view of the beach and a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. The condo was recently renovated and has great amenities. Our condo was exactly as listed. Very clean, the master bath was beautiful, and the large walk in closet/storage was a plus. We really enjoyed the balcony access from the living area and master bed room. Location was perfect. Walking distance from pier park and many restaurants. The rental is clean and the manager is great to work with. We had an awesome stay and will be returning next year. One of the cleanest I have stayed in at the Caylpso towers. We love the room being at the elevators. We heard no noise from them durning our stay. The parking was better than across the road in the parking garage. We have a crossover and had no problems parking under the parking garage.

This is the first time we have rented this particular condo and it hopefully won't be the last! My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and it was wonderful having the parking spot in the garage underneath the condo. Made for quick and easy automobile access as the elevator is close by. There are 4 elevators and we did not have to wait, ever, which is a blessing. The other cool thing is that the condo is located right by the elevators. The beach was beautiful. Wonderful view from the balcony. The balcony has more privacy than other condos we have stayed at. You don't feel as though everyone around you can see you, or you them. Brian, one of the owners, was wonderful to deal with. Quick to respond if we had a question and was kind in his responses. My wife and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary. We found this on the VRBO website and read the reviews and took a chance. We are thankful we picked this condo. I definitely recommend this place.

This property was clean and just the right size for the 2 of us for a weekend getaway. Lean, comfortable bed, spacious closet and bathroom. A beautiful view as well. I was a little concerned with how close it was to the elevators, but we never had a problem with noise. Check in was simple and the owner was extremely responsive whenever we had questions. The location was in the midst of all the fun and good restaurants. Would definitely book with him again!

The condo fit everything we needed, the reserve spot was the cherry on top, the location couldn't have been better and calypso staff was on top of everything! I would book this room again in a heartbeat!

Even with a major power outage; all my ratings are a 5! The reason was mainly due to the owner staying in consist contact with us on updates and we really loved the unit and location! The lack of power made me realize that I had taken for granted the luxury of a hot shower/bath and AC. The unit is very nice, great patio furniture and the view from the 15th floor is amazing! It is in close proximity for walking to restaurants, shopping in the pier park area and has a convenient sandwich shop directly across the street. I highly recommend this location and plan to return in the future!!

Brian the owner was extremely helpful before and during our stay. The condo was perfect; bed and pillows were very comfortable and for me to say that, it is a big deal; the view is incredible and the location is only about 30 minutes or so on Hwy 98 to Grayton, Santa Rosa etc. Great dining in those little towns. Will definitely stay here again.

We were there for several days and only took our vehicle out one time. We could walk to get to the pier, restaurants and shops. We got about 16,000 steps a day 😃. The balcony faces somewhat south so the sunsets were to the right which was nice because it sitting out after a day on the beach, you had the breeze without too much more sun.

We rented 2 separate units, owned by 2 separate owners. Really,really nice units... 1505 & 1509. I have rented 1509 several years but this is the first year I reserved 1505 and I have to say it is the nicer of the 2. We will be repeat renters next year. 1509 has 3br,3ba, but our family is growing so I felt the need to rent a second unit (1505) and was not disappointed. Very nice, clean, and the owner was always available if I needed him. I would recommend both units

This is our second year in a row staying at Brian's place and we love it. It has amazing views and is always clean when we arrive. The inclusion of the beach chairs this year was the icing on the cake. One of the greatest bonuses of this unit is the use of his private parking space under the Calypso which makes getting into and out of the condo very simple. We will return!!!

Having a balcony off the living room and bedroom was wonderful and just what I was looking for. The entire condo was nicely decorated and the bed slept like a dream. I can't remember the last time that I slept so well! The kitchen was so well stocked that it almost made me want to cook. LOL The only thing that I would have liked or missed was a full length mirror. Everything else was wonderful! A word of caution for those with larger cars, the underground space is very tight so be sure to contact Brian for registration to the north garage. We didn't realize and had to contact him after we arrived. He responded quickly and had our registration completed by the time we needed it.

Great property! The pools are fairly small, but they may have been extra crowded because the beach was flying double red flags (no swimming) during our stay. The condo was PERFECT. Balcony could have been cleaned of some sea gull fecal matter; however, I imagine this is a losing battle at the beach.

The condo was as described, the king bed was super comfy, everything was clean. The location is great, but best of all is the private parking!! We stayed at other condos at the Calypso towers and none of them offered this option. So convenient!! I think after the beach that was my favorite part, if you have kids and have to carry a lot of luggage you'll understand. I hope we can book the same place next year, just amazing and superb!

We enjoyed our time spent at Calypso 1505E. The condo was comfortable, in a great location, and excellent value for money paid. Owner very easy to work with arranging the rental. Initially, we were concerned about the proximity of the condo to the elevators. But not a problem at all! In fact, it was a plus to be close to condo when we exited the elevator. The view of the beautiful water and beach was perfect from the 15th floor. It was the perfect place for morning coffee!

My wife and I just returned home from the most perfect vacation spot for spring break in all of Panama City Beach. 1505 is CALYPSO is located within less than a 5 minute walk to a lot of the best dining and shops in the area. The convince of parking just a couple spots from the elevator with the door to 1505 being right as you step out of the elevator on the 15th floor make loading and unloading anything from the car a breeze. The condo was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The views from as soon as you walk in are gorgeous. Each morning spent on the balcony enjoying a cup of coffee followed by days on the most beautiful beach, in our stress free reserve seats made this one of the best vacation spots we’ve been to. Brian was great to rent from and text to make sure everything was perfect. If we come back to the area to vacation we will definitely be staying at 1505 CALYPSO.

My family and I have been vacationing in PCB since the early 90’s. We usually stay at the east end, but the last few years we have liked the west side a little more. Our stay at the Calypso was wonderful. The room was great. The hotel was perfectly located. Close to the pier and pier park, lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The view was beautiful! Brian was in contact and quick to answer any questions we had throughout our week. The only downfall was the room was quite dirty upon arrival. But Brian was very apologetic and ensured us that this was not the normal. It wasn’t any big deal, I cleaned the room and we enjoyed our stay regardless! Would definitely stay in this room again! Such a great experience!

From the moment we booked this condo we had the most perfect experience and vacation. The owner was always there to answer any questions we had! We had no problems at all with this condo. This is the most wonderful place to stay anywhere but so perfect for Panama City Beach. The condo was clean, everything in working order, and had everything you could need when you are on vacation at the beach! You can walk everywhere so if you didn't drive you could even walk to Walmart it is that close for groceries. The first few days we were there the traffic was bad on the weekend but it didn't stop us from going out to shop or eat. Pier Park is super close and has lots of restaurants and shopping. Sharkys a local place you can eat right on the beach we walked there too! If you haven't been to this area of Florida the beaches are stunning! We feel this beach is probably the prettiest beach and water we have ever seen! We definitely hope we can go back someday!! Thank you VRBO and Brian the owner! It was our 35th wedding anniversary and it couldn't have been more perfect!

This rental experience was the best we have ever had. The owners were very attentive and cared about your stay. The condo was amazing, spacious, well equipped and the views are gorgeous. Being on the 15th floor offers such beautiful scenery, especially sunrise and sunset. Plus your room is right there at the high speed elevator. The only sounds we heard were that of the waves...perfect. The grounds and pool were beautiful as well. Plenty of parking. Now the location is more that a 5 star! A very short walk to Pier Park, which offers EVERYTHING!. The pier on the gulf is very relaxing. There are an abundance of great dining opportunities in either direction. The experience and stay at this condo were simply amazing, you won't be disappointed. We are already to book again for the fall!

The view was very nice and the condo was clean and well maintained. Nice time of the year to visit, not crowded at all. Still tough to get a chair at the pool, many other guest saving chairs the entire day with no one present. Plenty of room on the beach and the weather was perfect for us. The only negative is, my wife and I being non smokers, it was difficult to enjoy the balcony in the evening due to smoke coming from neighboring balconies(non-stop). Thanks for letting us stay at your place.

Loved this condo! My only complaint was the cleaning staff didn't do a very good job before our check in. Floor wasn't swept or vacuumed and not washed. I also had to wipe down the refrigerator handle and where the ice dispenses. Despite these things loved the location and comfort. I would rent again!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Salt & pepper shakers were empty and kitchen knives a bit dull, both minor inconveniences. There was a musty smell when you first entered the condo. Maybe it had been vacant for a bit. I loved the floor plan, the furnishings and would stay there again sometime.

First of all, the condo is exactly as presented on the photos. Everything was working and clean. The booking was very easy and fast. The owner takes excellent pride in ensuring the condo meet our needs at all time. Communication with owner was one of my best experience, always available and quick to respond. Building amenities: Swimming pools were not too busy even during spring break. Most vacationers preferred the beach access. Parking is secure (and yes security staff do patrol....!) and there is plenty of parking. Elevators (3 on each wing) were fast despite being busy at time. Never had to wait more than one minute at the busiest time. The HOA office is open (Mon-Fri) and the HOA Manager is more than willing to assist you if needed. Area: As my title stated Location, Location, Location...! The Calypso Resort is the closest building located near the City Pier and Pier Park. Aside from lots of shop (Walmart included...!) there is also lots of activities that are scheduled from time to time (I.e. Car Show, Boat Show, Carnival Mardi-Gras etc...). Across from the Calypso is PanHandle Helicopter tours (highly recommended). Overall, very nice vacation. We stayed +2months and can't wait to return next year.

This was a great condo! Walked in the door upon arrival and could instantly smell bleach/cleaners from where it had been cleaned which was very pleasing to me since I am a clean freak! It was very nice, modern, and clean! It had everything we needed! The view of the beach was spectacular. The location is the best as can walk across the street to Pier Park! This was our second year staying in Brian and Julie's condo. It is just perfect. The view from the 15th floor is amazing and they are the easiest people to work with. We had the premium parking which was very convenient for loading/unloading and dropping our beach supplies in the back of the truck and just picking them up on our way to the beach the next morning, it really cut down on the sand carried into the condo...but be aware, it is a tight fight if you have a big vehicle (we have a F150 and it was close). So much to do and explore in the area. My favorite was fishing from the Pier. The Red Drums were plentiful. Caught a good one that provided fresh fish for all week. People there were friendly to chat with too.

This condo is in a great location. You can walk to pier park, restaurants and shopping. The 15th floor provides great gulf views and is high enough to keep out the road noise.
