Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

This condo is beautiful! We loved it! The Calypso Resort was awesome. We loved the Tiki Bar, being able to order food during the day, the included beach service and the location. Def will book this place again!

A Definite Repeat Needed

The location is ideal. Beautiful views, close to activities, shopping, eating, Piers Park, and the pier where we watched dolphins and sea turtles! The unit has a little wear and tear, particularly in the bathrooms, but nothing that would deter us from staying again. At the same time, they have updated the faucets and the kitchen appliances are in great condition. Decorated in tasteful but not tacky beach theme, there was plenty of space for everyone. Beautiful view and the 15th the floor did not erase the sounds of the waves. Important note- the staff at check in was phenomenal. Welcoming, engaging, friendly, and very helpful. We can't wait to come back!

Great Stay on the Emerald Coast

Property was clean and well maintained. Right on the ocean with great views. Family loved the free chairs on the beach and the pool by the condo. I took in a few free rounds of golf at Bay Point Golf Course. Great place to stay!!

Check in process

The rental was beautiful and had everything you could ever need...truly a home away from home! There was a glitch in the check in process leaving my group standing and waiting for over an hour to get it fixed. I didn't get issued a code for the door. The front desk was very helpful I'm getting this taken care of though. Wonderful stay! I would recommend this rental!

Such a beautiful location and OUR VIEW WAS AMAZING!!! Pier Park right across street. Balcony is very private, barely knew I had neighbors. It was clean and well equipped with eating and drinking utensils. But who cooks in the condo when you have every restaurant around you?? Bring laundry detergent, you will have to wash towels for reuse. Sand can be a problem but they have broom for usage. Best resort/condo on the beach, hands down!
