This condo was amazing! We loved being on the first floor. It was so convenient. We also loved being to walk to restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

Plenty of room for all of our family and guests and very convenient to the pool. The two dediated parking spaces at the condo for were a big plus as we visisted the weekend of the airshow. The two reserved beachcairs and umbrella by the gulf were also a big plus. They were set up and read to be used each morning. Overall a great weekend for the family complete with the Thunderbirds, jet fighters, and skydivers!

This place was as exactly described online. Very clean and convenient. We were in walking distance for plenty of restaurants and entertainment. We enjoyed being close to the pool and the beach. We never had to use an elevator. The parking spaces were also a plus!! This is very family friendly place to stay and location.

Great location, loved parking spot below, unit was nicely decorated and kitchen well stocked with appliances, cookware, utensils being new too. Washer and dryer worked well too. Loved the large balcony and outside furniture. Only downside was the seating for the dining table…not comfortable nor the right height for table. We’re still planning to visit here again next year! Communication with the mgmt team has been great! Really appreciate the contacts and updates. Made the visit so easy! Now if you could only control the weather/ cold temperatures we thought we left in Michigan!😉

Condo was very nice , clean , close to walking for about anything you needed. No worries on parking though because the owners offer their private parking garage which is a nice feature and very close to the condo! Ocean views are breathtaking any part of the day!

This was our 15th year staying at Calypso, and we couldn’t be happier! This unit is definitely one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. At first, we were a little hesitant about being on the first floor, unsure how the beach view would be but we ended up loving it! Not having to wait on elevators was a huge bonus, and the view is still beautiful. The private parking was so convenient, and the condo itself was spotless, updated, and very comfortable. The location can’t be beat, just a short walk to Pier Park and plenty of great restaurants nearby. We tried Saltwater for the first time, and it was hands-down one of the best meals we’ve ever had! We 100% recommend this condo!

Calypso 101 was nice and clean. Honestly, thats what I care about most and I felt like they did a great job. The beds were comfy and they everything we needed for the stay!

Jenny, Nickey, and Barb provided the most accommodating information, assistance and personal support I could have ever received. Our clean fresh room and all the amenities were more than I could imagine. Pictures on-line were great but when you see rooms with clean baseboards, corners, toilets, nice sliding balcony doors, no rusted washer and dryer etc., makes you realize that all condos are not equally in great condition. Our condo at Calypso East tower was the best place we’ve ever stayed!!! We look forward to booking there again because I know what I’m getting and won’t be disappointed!

This place was magical and we cannot wait to go back! The condo was very newly renovated and super clean inside, plus we loved being on the first floor and having such a great ocean view, plus the parking for this unit is directly below the unit, so getting in and out was super easy! We will definitely be going back next year!

We had a great time. Would love to come back again and do everything we didn't have time to this time! The only complaint I have is the thermostat wouldn't go less then 68 and I'm use to sleeping in cold temps so we stayed hot all night. Other than that, the place was perfect!

We appreciate the note on the thermostat. Many of the units have a set lower limit (typically 68) to help prevent the system from freezing up in our coastal climate. Next time, just let us know during your stay and we may be able to tweak the settings a bit at night to help keep things more comfortable for sleeping.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Calypso! The condo was exactly as described in the promotional materials. Being on the ground floor was so nice. Having no elevators to deal with is very nice, and the included owner’s parking is a great bonus! We would definitely recommend this condo and would love to return in the future!

Great place. Comfortable beds. Clean and nicely decorated. Felt parking should have been included with the price of room. Instead, a stinger of $60 per vehicle was a bit over the top.

Very convenient on first floor with parking spaces. Did not spend our time waiting on elevators. Loved being close to the pool with teenagers. Very peaceful even being close to the pool. We could see the beautiful water from our balcony.

We had a great stay! The place was spotless, stocked with everything you could possibly need, and even had a surprisingly nice view for being on the first floor. The reserved parking spot was a huge bonus—made it so easy to unload and pack up without any hassle. Best of all, we didn’t have to deal with waiting on elevators like many other guests mentioned. Had an amazing vacation. The place was very clean, one of the cleanest airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Very comfortable and the location was great. The amenities were a plus as well, especially the beach chairs that came included. The resort’s gym was to die for, I spent every day there. One of the best vacations I’ve had in a while and it was all thanks to this Airbnb. Jenny was also very responsive and accommodating. We loved the stay and will definitely be back.

This condo was amazing and the host was just as amazing! The only downside to the location of the condo is the trash chute is right next to the condo. It’s great for when you have to take out the trash, but it is loud. Granted, nothing the hosts can do about that. They were super responsive and made check in and check out very easy.
