Hands down.. best stay we’ve experienced thus far! The property was exactly as advertised, and the booking, checking in/out was all so easy. I really enjoyed the smell of the linens.. oh how it made me feel like I was in paradise. I will definitely recommend this unit to others as I’ve already done so. I can’t wait until my next stay! :)

We have returned to this unit for many years and it never disappoints. It’s always super clean, has all the necessary kitchen items needed to cook at home, the beds are very comfortable and the furnishings are well kept. The management has been a joy to work with; they go above and beyond to ensure a smooth arrival and departure. The location being so close to Pier Park, once you’re settled upon arrival, no need to have to drive!!

We loved our condo. Everything was perfect. We stay at calypso tower 2x a year and its always a great choice. We stay with different rental groups but premium beach condos was the best so far. We had no issues, but if we did im confident they would have taken care of them promptly.

We have been coming to this unit for years and it never disappoints. The unit has all the necessary kitchen items for days you want to cook. The beds are very comfortable and the decor is great beach themed. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably and also has additional bar stool seating. The staff at the Tiki bar and the beach chair set up crew were so pleasant. The gals helping with the reservation were super helpful; the check-in and check-out process was so easy. We always enjoy being able to park your car during your stay and walk to Pier Park for restaurants and shopping just 5 minutes away.

This was our fourth trip to PCB and fourth different condo, this was the best. Very clean, well furnished, everything we needed. Calypso is in a prime part of PCB near Pier Park and lots of other stuff. Only negative, which had nothing to do with the condo, management or Calypso, is the number of people on the premisis trying to use the pool. Please consider your temperance for having lots of people around if you plan to visit in a peak month. The pool and beach would be very packed, causing some tempers to flare as everybody tried to get a chair or a space. Parking was ample, however, even for the large number of people staying in the buildings.

Jenny’s place was amazing for our family of 6. Huge bedroom for us parents and extra bedroom area for our 18 year old daughter. Younger kids loved the bunk room. Plenty of space for families. We loved the beach and the pool. The security does a great job at monitoring the pool to make sure only calypso guests are using it. Great location next to pier park for lots of shopping and eating places. Would definitely recommend!

This was a great condo to be at with teenagers. Seemed safe, nice beach, nice pool, NO hot tub! Had everything you needed except the hot tub! 😔 We were disappointed about the false advertisement. But it's Right by pier park, top golf, imax, putt putt, parasailing, jet skis, the pier and lots more! Door dash was awesome! Getting groceries was tough. Would highly recommend using Instacart or similar. The pool tiki bar made some awesome drinks and was very convenient!

Jenny's place was spectacular, very well maintained and lots of space. We would certainly stay again for sure. Condo sits in a perfect spot, lots of walkable stores and restaurants...
Overall it really made the trip well worth it.
