We stayed at this townhouse on St. Joe Beach from May 8–16 and had an absolutely wonderful experience. We have been visiting this part of Florida for over 15 years, and St. Joe Beach remains one of our favorite beaches anywhere on the Gulf Coast.
The townhouse exceeded our expectations. The beach views were outstanding, and the property was exceptionally clean — easily one of the cleanest vacation rentals we have stayed in. Everything was exactly as described and very well maintained.
Panhandle Getaways was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and we especially appreciated the thoughtful gift box with kitchen necessities waiting for us upon arrival. Small touches like that make traveling so much easier and really show attention to detail.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

This is a great little house to stay at for a vacation on the beach. It is beautifully decorated and conveniently located. I would stay here again. We had an issue with the fridge during our stay, but the host responded immediately and ensured that the issue was taken care of the same morning.

We had a fantastic time at Turtle Tracks! It was a great location and the place was clean and had everything we needed. The front patio was the perfect place to sit and enjoy the day when we weren’t at the beach. The fact that it was fenced in was so nice for the pups. The upper deck was lovely in the mornings to enjoy coffee while watching the water.

Our family had an amazing time! We will most definitely be returning again. Completely fell in love with the place and local area. Highly recommend if you are looking for a peaceful family getaway. The soft white sandy beach is just steps away, just crossing over the main road. The guest home provides a small umbrella, portable wagon, and 2-3 foldable chairs that you are able to use. Customer service was also great, always replied within 1 hr.
If you think the place looks beautiful in the pictures, just wait till you are there in person, enjoying the balcony & porch view.
Only one thing that did throw us off were the time zones. Since it's in between central & eastern time
Also, for a minute we thought we weren't going to be able to enjoy the beach due to the forecast showing constant rain, but majority of the time it would clear out and get pushed to the other side of town. So I would suggest to just go by how it looks outside.
