Welcome to Sea La Vie, a one-of-a-kind beach house where coastal comfort meets colorful design. Located just steps from the sugar-white sands of Panama City Beach, this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is filled with bright, themed rooms and thoughtful details that make every stay unforgettable.

 

Perfect for large families and group getaways, the home spans three levels of fun and relaxation. The first floor includes a king suite with a kitchenette and direct backyard access, while the second floor offers an open living and dining space with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and an additional king suite. On the third floor, you’ll find the primary suite plus two more guest rooms, including a custom bunk room the kids will love.

Great house and very responsive management. The few small things we had questions about were dealt with quickly and the management service was very proactive with follow-ups.
The location is great. One block to the closest beach access (36), and several local shops within walking distance.
Parking can be tight if the neighboring units are filled with uncaring guests, but that's not on this host. You are still able to get two vehicles parked in line.
The Host and management company both were great to deal with and I would not hesitate to book this unit again in the future.
