INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL

Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

This house exceeded our expectations. Me, my mom and my two small children really enjoyed the large beds in each bedroom and the open living space. Publix is less than 5 minutes away and the very well-equipped kitchen was perfect for preparing meals for everyone. The furniture was perfect for family dinners and then hanging out and watching tv at night. We loved the thoughtful touches like the beach chairs and wagon - it made the short 5 minute walk to the beach even easier. The beach is gorgeous and the water is breathtaking. The private pool made the evenings even more enjoyable. Rosemary beach is only a 10 minute drive so we went there a few times!This house is a gem and we can't wait to come back!

Beautiful beach oasis

What a beautiful beach house!! From the the moment you walk in the front door until your stiting relaxing poolside. Felt like I was in a tropical oasis. The palm trees in the back yard and the beautiful flowers to the pretty umbrellas that we sat under for shade. The kitchen was perfect for multiple people to be cooking in and bonus they provide a grill! We enjoyed our stay at The Sanderling. We walked to the beach just a short 5 min every evening to watch the sunset over the gulf and we collected so many beautiful seashells!! The beds were so comfy too. Everything was perfect! Really felt like a home away from home!! Would definitely recommend this beautiful new beach house. Perfect for families or a few couples looking to relax and getaway. Perfect location to amazing restaurants on 30a. Will definitely be returning!

Baseball Tournament - Excellent House/Location

We stayed at The Sanderling for our son's baseball tournament week in June -- the location was excellent, less than 10 minutes from Frank Brown Park in PCB. The weather was quite stormy, so the backyard pool was such a blessing with the ocean being quite rough for parts of the week. Great laundry situation (a must during a baseball tournament), close to lots of food options, and close to Rosemary Beach and their excellent restaurants. We'll definitely stay here again for the next PCB baseball tournament!

AMAZING STAY

My husband and I stayed here for our wedding anniversary. We were so happy with our stay! This house is beautiful and has wonderful outdoor space. We enjoyed drinking our coffee by the pool in the morning and swimming in the heated pool at night. It is also in the perfect location! It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach, and the house is just a short car ride over to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, both of which are full of absolutely beautiful homes, shopping, and dining. We brought our bikes down with us and rode them everyday, as there are plentiful sidewalks and areas easily accessible by bike! I would highly recommend bringing your bikes or renting bikes in the area. There were so many great places to eat nearby. Our favorite restaurant in Rosemary Beach was Pescado, it has amazing food and spectacular ocean views. Our favorite place to eat in Alys Beach was Fonville Press, we ate here several times! It is a much more laid back environment, but with fantastic food/pastries! We enjoyed a wonderful sunset dinner at Bud and Ally's, a fantastic restaurant at Seaside beach, about a 20 minute drive from the house. In addition, staying here grants 1 free adult pass to various activities available through Panhandle Getaways. We took the Island Sunset and Dolphin Watch Sailing Cruise in the Panama City Beach area, where we only had to pay for one ticket, and there were dolphins everywhere! There were many other trips available as well where 1 free adult pass would be granted for each of them. Long story short, this house was in the absolute perfect location! We were highly impressed with our stay here and will definitely be coming back again. Best Features: Heated Pool, private outdoor space, large updated kitchen and bathrooms, and the LOCATION.

Great New Beach House!

We stayed at this great new beach house over the New Years holiday and had an absolute blast! The heated private pool was outstanding, beautiful open kitchen/dining room/living room space. An easy 5 min walk to beach access 85 and 87. Quiet neighborhood and only a 4 min drive to Publix and 6 min drive to Rosemary Beach's world class restaurants. Highly recommend, felt like home!
