We absolutely loved this place! It was a perfect fit for our family. The boardwalk to the bay made it so easy to check out the sunset and we loved being so close to the water. The rooms were spacious and gave us plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had everything you would possibly need. The garage was a huge bonus for storing all of our beach gear. The master bedroom and bathroom was amazing and made me want to redo mine at home. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. This was one of those places that was walk-in ready!!! We would stay here again for sure!

House was spotless and the decor was beautiful. Everything was so cozy and welcoming!! Such a beautiful spot.
Couple hiccups but did not deter from our enjoyment. The code to the house did not work so we called and they immediately issued a new one. Code for pool did not work but the guard let us in with no problem. The master shower has draining issues that it looks like the last guests reported but is ongoing.
Overall we had a wonderful stay and felt very at home here.

The Airbnb was beautiful and was better in person than the pictures online. The house has everything you need. The golf cart was not available because it was in the shop for repairs, so they refunded us 12% of our stay for our inconvenience. The bathroom master shower did not drain, so we used a plunger every time, but we made panhandle getaways aware of the situation and they stated they could send someone out to fix it if we wanted. The pool codes we were given did not work, but the pool attendant verified we were guests and let us in without any issue. All of these issues (except the golf cart) were minor, and could happen anywhere you stay.
The neighborhood is beautiful and is super close to the beach, which is really nice. The neighborhood was also very peaceful and quiet. You’ll have to drive into Port St Joes for food. That’s only an 8 minute drive; it’s no big deal at all. I would absolutely recommend this location.

Had a wonderful time! Host thought of everything that we needed…from stocked kitchen supplies, to golf cart, extra blankets…. Life jackets, firewood, etc. We hope to visit again soon!! Beautiful home… close to beach… great pizza place.

We had a wonderful week on the coast. We had some issues with had golf cart but they worked to get it resolved as quickly as possible. The representatives that we spoke to were always kind and courteous. We would definitely stay again!

The development doesn't have much in terms of food, but the place itself was like brand new. Furniture, beds, pillows were top quality. Golf cart was super helpful to drive around, and hit the beach.

Wonderful home! This was perfect for our family and dogs. We enjoyed being so close to the beach, as well as the beautiful neighborhood. The teens were able to walk a few blocks to the pool or to get pizza and ice cream. We even decided to extend our vacation by a day!

This house was absolutely perfect! It had everything needed and well stocked in each room. The house was super clean, everything was new, and just wonderful. The location was perfect so close to the beach. The neighborhood was so secure and I felt so safe biking and walking around. My kids, husband, and I loved the golf cart and bikes! My dog was welcomed and felt loved. Absolutely perfect, clean, and a lot of time put into preparing for us to come in from the company. Perfect house!!!!!
