The property was lovely and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and the pool was relaxing. The location was good also, right between the craziness of Panama City and the laid back charm of Rosemary Beach. I would recommend the property. Only dislike was the numerous stairs!

Enjoyed our stay greatly. Close to Pier Park, short walk to the beach and plenty of room in our rental. The pool was right out the back door. Definitely recommend for your family getaway!

Great location. Plenty of space and amenities. The floors were a little dirty when we arrived, but understandable. The only negative is also a positive. We hauled a lot of "stuff" that we didn't need to because it was already there, but we didn't know it. Things like beach chairs, wagon, portable crub, high chair, etc.

My family and two others stayed together and it worked lovely. We had one set of adults on each floor and the kids shared the bunk room (boys) and the other king bed ( 2 pre teen girls). The kids shared their bathroom and all of the adult pairs had their own private bath attached to their rooms. Everything was as promised in the listing. The garage full of beach supplies was the icing on the cake. We rarely saw others using the pool. The 2 days we used the pool it was only our group. Book it - you won’t regret it. Yes it has stairs, but that was my built in calorie burning on vacay lol. It also was a nice way to give our multiple family group some private space while sharing a home. We LOVED our stay. The beach is gorgeous and we ran back and forth without thinking twice. Super close! We rented a pontoon and spent the day at Shell Island. You are close enough to the Pier and all that it has to offer, yet safe at home from any partygoer’s noise. Great stay!

This place is wonderful and I would recommend it. The only warning would be for people that have trouble with stairs (from the bottom floor to the first floor is 19 steps and then another 19 to the top floor). This is probably pretty standard for Florida.

The house worked out perfectly for our annual July 4th beach trip. The close proximity to the beach was key for us and this house definitely checked that box. You can be on the beach in about 1 minute once your outside and the area is great. Not as crowded as we’re used to being slightly up/down the coast. The extra garage fridge was a big plus for us since we had 3 families in the house. They also had many chairs/umbrellas and two beach wagons. We also left some boogie boards for the next guests. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The host also communicated very well. We are booking the place again for next year!

Communication and details from the host was the best we have ever experienced! This place accommodates people of any age. Very spacious, super close to the beach, and very private. The pool was perfect. The additional grassy area was a perfection extension for outdior play. They literally had everything you needed plus some. We will 100% stay here again.

Great Location, short walk to the beach access. House was equipped with everything one would need ..kitchen small appliances, utensils all provided, beach chairs, umbrella, pull cart for the beach. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were well appointed. All the mattresses were comfortable. There is even a washer and dryer. Only drawback for a senior renter would be the steps up to 2nd and 3rd levels. Wish that the lower level bedroom had a king and not a queen bed for senior members of family. In all, for us celebrating our 50th anniversary with our family it was the perfect place. Highly recommend.

The house and location were both amazing. We loved all of the decor and all "little things" that Ryan had thought about (laundry baskets, towel hooks and luggage racks, etc). It was so nice! Also, having the additional fridge in the garage was a huge plus. We hope to come back and stay soon!

This a great place to stay! It is exactly as described! There’s lots of space for everyone to be comfortable (there were 13 of us). There were so many extras (beach chairs, wagons, umbrellas, toys, towels and so much more). Great hosts…quick to answer any questions. Pool was wonderful…..beach access was as easy as described. The beach……unbelievable…..almost like a private beach. I can’t say enough about this property. Don’t miss the opportunity to rent this place! Lots of great family memories made here!

Our experience at this property has been nothing short of AMAZING! Honestly, we cannot see ourselves staying anywhere else but here now that we have experienced it. The house had everything we needed to spend a full week. The time went by way too fast and we were never looking for something to do. Even when it was too cold to stay at the beach, we had plenty of activities to do at the house. We have a large family and yet we didn’t need more towels, bedding, or beds. The beach chairs were an added bonus for our beach bonfire. Thank you for setting us up for a great trip where we made memories that will last a lifetime!

Excellent house, would definitely stay there again. Coming home to my house was depressing. Loved all the beach chairs, beach towels, the beach wagons. Only thing I would change is the bed on the first floor….uncomfortable.

I could not have asked for a better place to stay! I will 1000% be looking to stay here again…. The property owner is the most accommodating I’ve ever experienced. Family atmosphere around the property and the jacuzzi tub in the upstairs master is amazing. I could go on and on about this property and the hospitality we were shown. 20 out of 10 would recommend.

The Townhouse was well equipped with everything you would need plus, it was clean and a nice short walk to the beach. If I could think of anything negative - It does have alot of stairs but we knew it was 3 stories. Amazing time with our family and friends. Thanks for an amazing week!

The house was immaculate. The communication with the property manager was extremely fast and helpful. The walk to the beach was no big deal as the beach access is directly in front of the house. We loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! This was the closest we've ever stayed to the beach, and it was great!! It wasn't super crowded at all, and it was only a short walk!! The host also provided plenty of towels, beach towels, beach toys, and kitchen accessories to be used during our stay. We would definitely book again!

The beach is so close and you can see the water from both balconies. Our kids loved the house and bunk room. My parents in their 60’s didn’t love all the stairs but they loved having some privacy from grand kids. The pool was awesome- we often had it all to ourselves. The home feels so private and secluded when you are inside, even though it is a tight neighborhood. Beach access is almost private because it is only the neighbors that can walk to it that access it! All the beach toys and chairs came in handy for us and made our days easy. Check out Camp St Helen State Park, it’s an easy drive and has kayaks and paddle boarding rentals on the lake leading to ocean. Ryan was so great to work with- answered my many questions quickly and professionally. We hope to rent this home again!

Every area of this townhouse was cheerfully decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked with any utensils needed for in-house dining. The beds were VERY comfy; the water pressure in the showers are great. There is the least noise level of any place we have stayed. What a DELIGHTFUL place for our group.. we will return!!!!

This home is beautiful! It has enough space for 3 families, we had 14 people total. The kitchen was stocked with everything you will need. The garage had everything you will need for the beach! We brought a large pop-up tent just to be sure we were covered from the Florida sun, which is brutal in August. The rooms were perfect! Might want to being a few extra blankets just in case. But there were enough bath towels for everyone and a few beach towels. This unit is the most private out of the 7 units. The owner is wonderful and is really on top of things. Great place to stay! Also the beach is amazing! Not crowded!

This home is AMAZING! You really don’t need to bring anything except your bathing suits. There were beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and even some towels. It was a very easy walk to the beach. The home was very comfortable for our 2 families of 12 people. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect. There is a cut through by the pool that leads to a beach access with a ramp. No steps to maneuver going to the beach! We had everything we needed during our stay. The property owner was great and promptly responded to our questions. This is a wonderful property for several families. Thanks for allowing us to stay at Beach Please!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house seems to be newly refurnished with all new furniture. I would highly recommend this house and the location is second to none. Maybe a one minute walk to the beach and a private pool right out your door. I look forward to going back soon!

We just finished our stay at Beach Please. We can’t say enough positive things about this place. The proximity to the beach really can’t be beat. The beach almost felt private. While there are several condos in the area, there are no high rise condos near this beach access. The result is great because there is a ton of room at beach. I would estimate that the beach is only about 100 to 125 steps from patio/pool area. We loved the pool area as well. There were plenty of chairs and almost no one else was using it during our stay. As for the inside, I don’t know that we have stayed at a better furnished condo in the 35 plus years that we have been coming to the area. All the rooms had smart televisions and all the beds were comfortable. You could really tell that they did not just throw up some cheap beds and mattresses. It is really nice to have a comfortable bed on vacation. Likewise, all the furniture in the living room and downstairs was nice and looked new. They had plenty of towels and they even had a Keurig. They also had several chairs and other great beach items in the garage to use. They really thought of everything. Finally, the owner was great. We had a question about the television and he responded with a phone call within minutes and did not seem bothered like some owners. We will definitely be coming back to this condo.

This townhome is private and so close to the beach. It is so perfectly decorated and comfortable! It has all the essentials of home and more! Really nice beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys, kitchen is well stocked! So much room. The teenagers stayed on the main floor and thought it was awesome to have their “private apartment”. It was spacious and the only down side was our vacation came to an end! Do not stay anywhere else if you are coming to PCB! The pool is great, we had happy hour out there almost every night and there is a volleyball court right behind the townhome, that the kids went to everyday! The townhome is spotless and the communication with the owner was great! We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The host was amazing and the experience was great! The kitchen is stocked with anything and everything you need to cook for your vacation! They really payed attention to anything the guest might possibly want or need. Basically everything is brand new. The furniture is beautiful and the place is so well decorated. There are smart TVs in every room. The walk to the beach takes about 1 minute! The host is very approachable and wants to make your stay amazing!
