We had a great stay! Our condo was updated and well appointed with everything we needed. The amenities were clean and nice. Check in and check out was super easy. We will definitely stay at AquaVista again. The only drawback was all the construction going on in Front Beach Road. The sidewalks were unusable but it will be nice when it’s complete. We had a great fall break!

A few hiccups at the beginning were taken care of very quickly and callbacks were immediate. The owner themselves stopped in to check how the unit was and even asked if there was one single things that would have made it better---the exact question someone should ask. I showed him something minor and he took immediate interest. Solid owners in the same building allowed us early entry as we arrived early and they saw us sitting outside the unit. Unit was very clean and I check "those" places to see if sheets are fresh etc. The decor is older Florida but in excellent shape and nice. Access to the beach cant be beaten. Some remodeling being done on building but crews were quiet and worked safely around vehicles. Gate to private beach codepad is a little buggy (prob fixed by now) and unit specifically needs a sweep of old or retired remotes and can make TV's tough to figure out. Maintenance sorted them out for us a bit and I believe his name was John was clean, courteous and quick

great condo. great location and access. right on the beach. two elevators for each building. sure beats walking across street to park in the big condos.

Gorgeous views and great restaurants
We loved this location. The view from the condo was gorgeous. The beach was not crowded and we were able to walk to several fun restaurants and the pier. Camp Helen and St. Andrew’s State Parks were both within 25 minutes of the condo. The condo had everything we needed for a great family vacation.

PERFECT
The location was great and the double sliding glass doors let in soooo much light. All bedrooms have large TV's which kept the girls entertained and they even had games in the TV stand. Will definitely stay there again.

Lovely property with great views!
My best friend and I went on a girls trip. It was the perfect setup for us. We enjoyed the balcony views from sunrise to sunset. The property was so close to all of the restaurants, grocery store and shopping. We will definitely be coming back!

Wish we had more time!
We had a wonderful time taking our exchange students to the beach. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view of the water. We just wished we had more time to enjoy the view and beach.
