The condo was wonderful and we could tell it had been recently updated. We love the huge balcony and used it quite often. I will say to watch out for people in the floors above dropping cigarettes and toys off of their balconies. This happened several times and can be dangerous if something falls on you as the balconies on the 2nd floor extend further out than the ones above. The decor in the unit was great. The view of the beach was beautiful. Location is perfect, not in a crowded area and we loved that it was on the second floor. No need to take the elevators. I will say there are several steep stair going down from the pool area (the elevator can take you down from the pool area if you prefer) and to the beach. A ramp to the beach would be nice. We have stayed at this location for a few years and we will be back. Would definitely stay in this unit again.

Wonderful condo, nicely decorated and updated decor. Very helpful and responsive host. The location is perfect as well. Only suggestion we have is it would be nice to have drawers in the primary bedroom so we could have unpacked our clothes. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Great stay
This was our second visit to this property. We enjoyed it both times. While it is not new it is renovated and well maintained. The best part is the location and lack of overcrowding. It is our first choice while staying at PCB.

We came during Memorial Day week, my husband, 11 year old daughter, her friend, and one of my best friends. The location was perfect, still accessible to everything within a few minutes, but quiet enough away from the traffic and noise. The beach access was easy walking distance, and parking was a breeze. The beach wasn’t crowded. We were able to park right underneath our condo so leaving beach chairs/toys in the car and grabbing on the walk to the beach was great. The only minor inconveniences were there wasn’t an automatic ice maker, so we had to buy ice everyday. Also, the 2nd bedroom with the bunk beds did not have a fan, so it would get hot pretty quick. As far as the vicinity, we wish there could have been a grill, so we ended up cooking hotdogs and hamburgers on the stovetop. The hot tub was under construction, which would have been nice at nighttime. Overall, we really enjoyed this place and would definitely stay here again, just bring a portable fan for the extra bedroom

Had a great view of the beach and ocean from our balcony. Very nice accommodations at our condo. Even was able to see dolphins swimming by on two different mornings.
