Villas at Sunset Beach is located in Seacrest, FL and nestled between Alys Beach & Rosemary on the beachside of 30A. This location is fantastic and within steps to the beach. PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome 1 small, well-trained, non-shedding dog to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE.

INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

So close to the pool and beach access! We could run into use the restroom or eat. The house is beautiful and has alot of charm. Also, never got in our vehicle until leaving. We biked to eat and shopping!

Amazing! Stylish villa just steps from the beach and Gulf views!

Amazing stay at Villa Infinity. Had everything that we needed for a great family vacation. Very safe gated community, steps from the beach. Loved taking coffee on the balcony in the mornings and enjoying the view of the Gulf; and in the evenings relaxing with a glass of wine in the beautiful outdoor courtyard which is very private. The Villa is stylishly furnished with modern beach feel, beds were very comfortable. It was great that the villa had 3 beds so our kids didn't have to share a bunk and had their own bathrooms. Bikes and beach chairs were a great bonus. Will definitely be back!
