Pet Friendly with Stipulations

We welcome well trained dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. Additional Pet Fee is applied and collected after the booking is made.

About Dune Allen Beach

Dune Allen Beach is home to 3 rare coastal dune lakes - Stallworth, Allen and Oyster lakes to be exact. This friendly beach town sits along the most western end of Scenic Hwy 30A with easy access to dining, boutique shopping and beach access.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL

Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We were hesitant to book this home as there were very few reviews. Dream Chaser is amazing and perfect in every way. Our family has be vacationing on 30A since 2007 and this home is far and away the best we’ve ever stayed in. The pictures don’t do the home justice and the home is absolutely gorgeous! Our family of 5 had more than enough room and loved it being dog friendly. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything possibly needed. The beds were heavenly and the home is beautifully furnished. There were even amenities for the dogs(crates, bowls). The back yard was perfect for our dogs. We do went most of our time on the screened porches watching tv and enjoying the weather. Dream Chaser is literally stocked with everything you need for a perfect visit to the beach! We always rent a golf cart while at 30A but this home had a golf cart included with our rental!! It is a short ride to the public beach access that has parking for the cart as well as cars. The beach is so close(walking distance) and was not crowded at all for our trip. If you want to spend a perfect trip to 30A book this home! We will definitely be back to stay.
