Villas at Sunset Beach is located in Seacrest, FL and nestled between Alys Beach & Rosemary on the beachside of 30A. This location is fantastic and within steps to the beach. Guests will enjoy easy access to the beach, community gulf front pool along with convenient access to family friendlly restaurants and shopping.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Wonderful spot for our family's fall break. Easy access to the beach and within walking or biking distances to restaurants and shops. It was really nice to have the bikes available. Our boys (15 and 13) used them every day.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location could not be more perfect-extremely quick walk to the beach and to the community pool. Very close walking.l distance to Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants and to go to restaurants in Alys Beach. Host provided ample and detailed instructions and were very responsive when I reached out. We would definitely book this place again!

Fantastic location for beach & pool access, and very walkable to Rosemary & Alys. Great bed linens, pillows, blankets and towels. The welcome boxes with starter supplies was very helpful. Super responsive host.

Cannot beat the location and the views of the beach from one side of the house. Felt very safe and the area is so walkable and convenient to restaurants, coffee, bike shops and other stores.
The host is very responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had.

Perfect Girls Getaway
This location was perfect for our girls getaway. Two of my friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and loved the property’s amenities and location. The bikes included made it so enjoyable to ride to dinner, shopping, or happy hour. We had the pool to ourselves each time and the beach was gorgeous. I definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back.

Great location, nice house, and very responsive host. Only critique, which is minor, were the instructions on the checkin process, gate codes, and pool entry could have more clear. Overall, we would stay here again. Thank you!

Our stay at Stillwater Cottage was GREAT! I highly recommend it! We went on a family trip with 2 teenage daughters and all of us had a fantastic time. The location is steps to the beach and pool, as well as, to bike rentals and restaurants. Stillwater Cottage was as advertised in the pictures. Very clean and relaxing beach vibe. We enjoyed having coffee off the main bedroom deck with a view of the Gulf! Panhandle Getaways stocked the needed supplies more generously than other places we’ve visited - that was a plus. Plenty of towels and blankets too! No problems with TVs or wireless. And, the AC worked perfectly which is something we needed in July! A very comfortable and positive visit! Thank you!!

We had a lot of fun. Walking is a very easy way to get to shopping and restaurants nearby. The house was lovely and conveniently located to the beach. The beach was very crowded so go early to get a spot near the water.

Beachy Thanksgiving
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Literally 1-2 minute walk to the beach. Gated community with security that actually made rounds . Located within walking distance of Rosemary and Ally’s beach. Perfect location. Had chairs, umbrellas and skim boards. And the added round of golf everyday and the free bike rentals were a great perk ! Perfect Getaway ! Would definitely stay here again !

Fabulous girls getaway
We recently stayed at Stillwater cottage at Seacrest Beach. So very close to Rosemary Beach and absolutely fabulous! The cottage was really cute and decorated tastefully. We loved the large balcony and outside seating area. The beach was a super close walk and the neighborhood was quiet and adorable. It is more ideal for a smaller group than 6 but you can make due with the beds. The bunk beds are scary from the top at night but it’s fine for those with no issues climbing. I recommend for a family or group of 4-5. Would recommend staying here.

This place was exactly as it was advertised. It was great. My family loved staying here and I would highly recommend. The beach was a 5 minute was a couple minute walk, and about a 5-10 minute bike ride to the shops at Rosemary Beach.

We loved everything about Stillwater Cottage ~ convenience to restaurants and shopping, 2-minute walk to the pool and beach, lovely, quiet neighborhood with security and we all agreed Stillwater Cottage was the cleanest property on 30A. Will stay again!
