PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well-trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.  Please no cats.

 
 
INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great! The house was clean, spacious and very accommodating for a girlfriend group of 8. Kitchen was well appointed. Location was a plus as it’s only a short walk to the beach. We experienced an air conditioner failure - its was addressed/repaired in short order. Would stay in this house again!

The best bachelorette weekend!!

Beyond Incredible!
This is the best property we have stayed on 30A! The property was everything that was listed on their page and more. So much room for everyone who stayed and plenty of parking. Not to mention feeling extremely safe with the gated properties. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect family reunion
I have family from different states and we usually get together once every summer. We missed our last year due to the pandemic. This more than made up for the lost time. Quick getaway before college!

We all a great time and everyone enjoy it. All the kids had their own room with their bathroom which made it easy when getting ready to go out. We had friends down near where we were and had them over for dinner one night and spent the evening on the beach for the sunset . The house had plenty of space for that and it was a great ending to our trip!

Great beach staycation
We live in Niceville and wanted a quick beach getaway before the kids headed back to college and school. This house was perfect! Big enough to spread out and a quick easy walk to the beach. Publix was nearby so we avoided restaurants the whole trip.

The house was great for our first family trip of 8 adults and 6 children. Everything was exactly as described, very spacious, and the fact that each bedroom had it’s own restroom was very convenient. Children can enjoy watching Netflix on the living room TV and adults can enjoy the fresh evenings on the balconies. Definitely recommend for all big families.

Overall my family was very satisfied with our stay. The staff is friendly and quick to respond to any needs or issues we had. Fantastic home, steps from the beach, perfect for a large group!
We loved our weekend at Sanibel. The house is at a perfection location along 30A. The house is steps from the beach which The makes it very easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The house was clean, cool, and comfortable for our group of 11 (9 adults and 2 children). The neighborhood pool was also a great amenity to have. The house also came with two chairs and an umbrella that were set up at the beach for us each day. We would definitely return to Sanibel and recommend it to others! Thank you!

The house was exactly as described. All 5 bedrooms have their own bathroom which was great for a large group. The location was the best part, it’s an easy walk to the beach and the community is gated and secure so the beach was not very populated since there is not a public beach access. This made for a wonderful, relaxing week without the crowds. We loved our stay, and the town of seaside. Everything is a quick uber ride away. Would gladly stay here again.

Such a great experience! It is very close to the beach. The house is confortable for a large group. It has 4 parking spaces, and we were surprised for the grill in the parking :)

Great property, great location
Our extended family (four individual families) stayed in this house for several days and we had a wonderful time. The house is beautifully furnished and is a very short walk to the beach and the community pool. The upstairs master is fantastic and the walk in closet made a great bedroom for our toddler. The only thing I would note is if you are a family that likes to cook, you may want to take along a few necessary items for what you're making. Most things are available but there was no cookie sheet and a couple other staples were missing. But, no big deal. We had a great trip! Highly recommend this house.

Amazing Vacation
We took our whole family on vacation and stayed at the Sanibel house on Majestica Circle. It was a fabulous place, with lots of space to spread out, and great amenities. The proximity to the beach was great. It allowed us to come and go without having to pack up all of our gear. We will definitely plan to return!
