PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome well-trained dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Great location! It was the perfect space to accommodate a large family. The golf cart and bikes were great amenities. We loved staying here and it’s a short commute to Rosemary beach which is beautiful.

We had an amazing stay and an amazing time at our home. The response time was much shorter than the time listed and we only had to reach out once. Everything felt so personable from the welcome boxes in each room to the welcome book that gave us suggestions of place to go and things to do. The book came complete with directions and pictures which made it so easy to explore. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our time at Inlet Beach! The house was roomy enough for us (8 adults and 2 toddlers), and the golf cart and bikes were great for getting around. We also enjoyed the close-by pool. The best part was how close we were to the beautiful beach!
Panhandle always responded quickly to all messages. One recommendation for the house would be a covering on the (completely glass) door to the deck in the second floor bedroom that is in the front of the house. Neighbors could easily see into the bedroom!
We would happily stay here again!

Beautiful property very close to the beach. You can walk golf cart or ride your bikes. Also very close to 30 a shopping Rosemary Beach, etc. But without the busyness of 38. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and views were amazing, as pictured. The place was very clean as well. Our only complaints were that the listing stated that there was a hair dryer and there was not and we were not provided with a beach access gate code, however when we contacted the management we were provided with one immediately. We would definitely stay here again!
