PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS

We welcome well-trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

Grande Pointe is located just east of Rosemary Beach, and this new Inlet Beach community has it all. The community pool overlooks Lake Powell, the largest coastal dune lake in Florida. Just 3/10 mile from the Gulf of Mexico with multiple public beach accesses in Inlet Beach, this prime location gives you access to nearby shopping and dining at 30Avenue, Rosemary Beach, and all of Scenic 30A. Enjoy the private community dock on Lake Powell and the community pavilion. You can also fish, hike and kayak at nearby Camp Helen State Park.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL

Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

My husband and I stayed in this home for two months beginning February & March 2024. The property manager, Belen Ausburn, met us at the home and helped us get acquainted with the house features and answered all our questions. This house is close to everything and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well-equipped with pots and pans; baking dishes and cooking utensils. Whether you are a short term visitor or a long-term visitor, this is a wonderful home to stay in.

Great house. Clean and well equipped. Golf cart and bikes a big bonus. House has 3 beach chairs and some kids beach toys.
