PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS
We welcome 1 well trained dog under 40 lbs to stay in this home. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. ADDITIONAL PET FEE APPLIES & IS COLLECTED AFTER BOOKING IS MADE.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach

Great property! Fenced backyard which is important because we saw a bear in the neighborhood one night! Great comfort in the stay & the golf cart was a fabulous added bonus. We will definitely be back!

You guys were awesome! The house was clean & no detail missed. The only suggestion I can offer is putting more alerts about trash pick up. We missed it on the countertop sign - it’s in fine print. Other than that everything was awesome. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this rental. The pictures were accurate and the home was spacious and clean. We enjoyed walking to Rosemary Beach restaurants and shops. The place was exactly as described. It made for the perfect home away from home with our friends. Everything was new and clean. The only downside was the grill needed to be replaced (which they did the following day) and they never sent me the correct bike lock code so we didn’t get to ride anywhere. Other than that, the trip and Airbnb were excellent.
As for Rosemary Beach, it was beautiful. Amazing restaurants and the scenery is to die for. White sandy beaches and so many young kids. Our teenage boys had a blast meeting new people and exploring on their own. Shocked to see an 8PM curfew but guess that is expected since there has been trouble in the past with the all the young kids in the area. Either way, we can’t wait to come back when the weather is warmer!

The Panhandle group was amazing to work with! We had a very unfortunate experience earlier in the day with another property and they were welcoming and accommodating at 9 PM at night to help get us into their available home! The house was BEAUTIFUL! Very close to beach, loved the golf cart for use, and very quiet neighborhood! They will never understand how much their generosity and kindness meant to us! We will definitely be back to this property in the future!

Wonderful!!!

We had a great stay at this property. The property management company was very helpful. Just a couple of things that may help the next customer. 1. The outside grill was very dirty so it will be helpful for the owner of the management company to make sure it's clean before the new tenants come in. We contacted the management company and they took care of it right away. 2. The address for the property should be corrected. The address we were given was 90 W Willow Rd. The correct address is 90 W Willow Mist Rd. 3. We were not given the code to lockbox that contained the golf cart keys. We had to call and get it. The golf cart agreement stated that the golf cart was electric and needed to be charged every night. Upon arrival, we found the golf cart to be gas (no big deal), just a correction. FOR THE OWNER: Plz be advised that the reverse gear on the golf cart does not engage properly; it take few tries to put it in reverse. You may want to get it fixed.

New chic home

This property was amazing! The kitchen is fantastic and so well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom in the master was beautiful! The golf cart and bikes that came with the house were a great addition. The community pool is a nice size and bigger than many smaller neighbors have. It would have been nice if it was heated. The community is very quiet, which we loved! It is a bit far from the beach and you need to cross the highway which is kind of like playing frogger but the golf cart made it much easier. Inlet beach was clean and beautiful and less crowded than Rosemary and Seacrest beaches during the spring break week. We would recommend!

It was convenient. House is clean and 30avene was close and the beach was close. But there is only a coffee machine and coffee is not provided. We took the coffee, but we couldn't drink it because there was no machine to grind it. Another thing was that the refrigerator was not cleaned at all.

We really enjoyed being in this neighborhood. Very, very close to 30A but just enough distance from the the crowds. We rode our bikes daily to the beach and shops. It was great to have the golf cart to drive a short distance to dinner or in the neighborhood. The weather was a bit too chilly, but there was plenty of beach equipment we could have enjoyed like chairs, bikes and a paddle board. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to make a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner. The neighbors were also so welcoming and even made sure to wish us a happy holiday. We had plenty of space with the two masters with king beds and additional bedrooms. The house also has a huge pantry where we were able to store groceries for the week. The back patio was also nice with comfortable furniture and outdoor TV as well as a nice grill. Will definitely stay again when we are back in Rosemary Beach!
