PARKING
There is a registration fee due to the resort that you must register for online prior to arrival. This covers any necessary parking passes and wristbands. The HOA does charge an additional $10 + tax in the event you wait until check in day to register. 1BRs - $35 + tax

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Love the Tidewater and love renting through Panhandle Getaways. Easy check in and check out and the Panhandle staff is always prompt and caring about taking care of any problems. They are easy to get ahold of when you need something or have a problem. They seem very concerned about making your stay comfortable..

Beautiful condo on the beach

We enjoyed a relaxing getaway at this beautiful beach condo. The room was clean a tastefully decorated. The view of the gulf was awesome from the balcony. There were several good restaurants nearby that are in walking distance.
