Splash Beach Resort 1101E-B

We visited during spring break 2026, 2 adults and 3 kids. We had a wonderful time! The unit is beautiful and has a spacious layout with a view from every room! Located on the corner of the building so it has a large balcony with access from the living room and master bedroom, and also has a 2nd smaller balcony off of the kids room. The big window beside the dining table allowed us to watch the sunset while having dinner. Large TVs throughout and a sound bar in living room. Master bath is huge with soaking tub, double vanity, and large walk in shower. The unit was probably the cleanest on arrival of anywhere we have stayed. We had an issue with the coffee maker that took a couple of days to get resolved but then they delivered a brand new one. Property managers responded quickly to text. The resort itself has alot for kids to do and a great poolside bar and grill, also a café with fresh donuts daily and alot of other good stuff. Bathrooms beside pool were clean, the lazy river was great, and the kids loved the dumping bucket. Only one hot tub and it stayed packed. The armbands were paper and uncomfortable to wear and cause tan lines so we had to make several trips to registration to get replacements during our week there. We were really surprised that the elevators moved fast and we were always able to find seats by the pool even though it was spring break. The unit did not come with beach chair rental and none in unit so bring your own or go down early and pay to reserve some. Also, bring 13 gallon trash bags and paper towels. We only got 1 trash bag for the week and trash has to be bagged in regular trash bags to put down the shute.

everything was wonderful! the unit was very spacious with incredible views from every room. the kids even had their own balcony! the main balcony is huge with nice furniture, there is a picturesque floor to ceiling windows beside the dining table where we watched the sunset each evening while having dinner. we ordered in because we didnt have a reason to leave! the master bathroom is massive with huge walk in shower, double sinks and vanity, and a huge soaking tub for the kids to have a bubble bath. my husband loved the large mounted tvs in living room and master and the surround sound in living room made him feel right at home! the unit was so clean, floors were the cleanest of anywhere we have stayed in PCB. no sand!! amenities were nice also! full bar at the pool, café with fresh coffee and donuts every morning, splash park for the kids and our favorite was the lazy river! the unit doesn't come with beach chair rental but go down early and reserve, we got front row for paying cash.

I have nothing but greatest things to say about Panhandle Getaways. I never wait long for an answer to any question, everyone is always so kind and helpful. I will always give a shoutout to Joe. I’ve been booking with this company for YEARS for my family and I. Joe has always been the one I usually to try to go to. He’s so special to me. The apartment was really good and the view was great. The only thing I'd like to add is about the condition of the beds and sofa, they look like old and need replacement.
