PET FRIENDLY WITH STIPULATIONS***

We welcome well trained dogs (NO CATS) to stay in this home. Dogs must be hypoallergenic & under 25 lbs. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate Trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00.

Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

You cannot go wrong with Kelly’s Cabana. We were here for a short stay the house was pristine and very comfortable. We did not get to take advantage of the perks. We will be renting this place again.Thanks,Mary

We can't say enough about Kelly's Cabana. We were looking for a place near the ocean that would be a fun getaway for us and our college-age children--we even let them bring a few friends. We immediately felt at home in this spotless, beautifully decorated beach-themed villa, which had everything we needed to make every meal, yet a fun "Hub" destination across the street with multiple restaurants, shops and nightly bands, if we just felt like going out. The golf cart was a big hit and an easy way to get to one of several gorgeous beaches. It was also easy to rent bikes which got everyone where they wanted to go without the hassle of parking. The pristine pool was just around the corner and a nice break from the beach--our teens even found time to work out in the gym near the pool.Located in the heart of 30A, it was easy to explore other 30A towns--we even caught some fireworks at Rosemary Beach one night after some rooftop drinks. The beaches in this area have so much natural beauty, with their dunes and crystal-clear water, and the dune lakes were great for paddleboarding--it's easy to unplug and destress. Having said that, the villa had great wifi and a nice patio to work on if needed. We achieved our goal of making special, lasting memories as our kids prepared to fly the nest. We will definitely go back to Kelly's Cabana!
