Prominence is one of the most popular communities on 30A and features incredible amenities, open green spaces and easy access to over 17 miles of bike paths. Prominence is perfectly located to new and long time 30A haunts as well as the beautiful white beaches of Scenic 30A. Guests will enjoy a beautiful town center and 2 resort style pools.

Located at the town center, the Big Chill is a hot-spot for entertainment and features an outdoor 25 ft LED theater screen for sporting events and movie nights on the green. Concerts, family activities, restaurants, and boutique shops are just some of the things to do within a less than 5 minute walk.

Prominence is centrally located on 30A between Seagrove and Seaside to the west and Alys and Rosemary Beach to the east.

Beach Accesses for ALL Prominence homes are via South Walton public beach access points. Most Prominence guests utilize Deer Lake State Park beach access or other nearby public beach accesses. Prominence homes do not have direct beach access via Watersound Club nor do they have access to Watersound private club facilities.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

We have been coming to Prominence for many years & really love our stay here! It’s clean and an easy vacation. This unit is steps away from the Big Chill! We had an issue & Michael got a handyman put to help! The cleaning crew brought extra towels & new pans! Top notch service is with Panhandle Getaways & this unit!

Perfect Getaway at Reelem Inn

We have stayed in the Prominence neighborhood for over 6 years and really like being at this location. Our son goes to college nearby, so it makes Spring Break easy! We really like this unit at Reelem Inn as well. The house comes with 4 bikes, a really nice golf cart, updated kitchen and right next to the Big Chill. We really enjoy this unit.

Icing on the cake!

We were stranded and needed a place to stay at and QUICK. I booked and was in the unit in less than 10 minutes. The unit is beautiful, spacious and has all the amenities we needed for 4 days! The fact that it’s pet friendly is just the icing on the cake. Food, music, shopping is all literally within a block. Then the golf cart rides everywhere else was a blast! THE WATER AT THE BEACH WAS CRYSTAL CLEAR! We will definitely be back as soon as possible!
