Majestic Beach Resort 1-1209

Our condo was perfect! The only issue we had was that there were two locks and we only had the code for one. I texted the host and they responded immediately and our stay was absolutely amazing.

We stay at the Majestic most Panama trips. We love it here. What was great about our stay with this company was the customer service. We arrived at 3am that night/morning and was having trouble with our door code to get in. I thought great…. It’s 3am and I won’t be able to get into the condo until the morning. WRONG! I called the customer service line at 3am and someone picked up right away! A less than 2 minute phone call in the middle of the night and my issue was resolved. Wonderful customer service!

Unit was nicely decorated and so cute, and clean! Kitchen had everything you needed. Some how I missed getting the code for the first door, and that delayed us a bit getting in. Look forward to another stay!!!

Once arrived, there was no clear instructions on how to get in. I had to request our codes since I did not automatically receive them at check in time as I was supposed to. Most places provide them 24hrs in advance. You have to go to the parking garage across the street & then up to the third floor to unload. It was very confusing & there is no one available at the front desk literally ever. Once settled, the stay was quiet, view was amazing & amenities were great! We took the Sunset Dolphin cruise & it was well worth it! Would stay again!

The location was great! Condo was awesome and all 2 people need. The only thing that would have made it perfect, was if it has a stackable washer and dryer. But, it definitely was not a deal breaker.

Everything was great and there were two beach chairs, which was nice since rentals are $60/day. Perfect for a couple, we spent a lot of time on the patio watching dolphins and stingrays and the county doing some beach rejuvenation work (it was interesting and did not have any impact on our trip).

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The location & view were amazing & the condo was super cute & well appointed. Any questions/needs were answered very quickly & we would definitely stay again! The staff at the Tower did an amazing job of keeping things clean, which wasn’t easy with all the vacationers to/from the beach & pools. It would be amazing if the building owners could get some sort of ventilation in the elevators - but overall we had a fabulous stay! Definitely recommended to friends!!!

Condo was great! Highly recommend. Only issue we had was tracking down the pass for the rental chairs. We were sent all over the property. But, Panhandle was great and got the chair rental pass to us, as quick as, they could. Oh, be prepared for long elevator waits…but that will be with any condo during the summer months. Will definitely stay here again.

This condo was the perfect for our small family of 3! The view is unbeatable and the location was perfect! The only downside is no washer and dryer in the condo and the elevator is a bit slow, but it’s nothing too big. If we had any questions, the host would immediately respond! We loved our stay!

Our stay was very nice. The pictures of the place were pretty spot on with how it actually was. Perfect place for two and a nice view! This place has a great location, it is about 15 minutes away from pier park. Unfortunately there was hurricane sally that came through the week that we were there so next time we will go earlier and not during hurricane season. Awesome place and we were very happy:)

The property was great for a week-long beach getaway. The only downside we experienced was the elevators in the building. We waited up to 20 minutes for the elevator to come down. Otherwise, it was a great space that we’d stay at again.

We had an excellent stay at Majestic Beach Resort through Panhandle Getaway. Our condo was perfect! Condo seemed to have been recently updated, it was very clean and had all the amenities we needed and more! Great location as well! We will definitely be back!
