THIS MUST BE SENT BACK WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING.
All Parties agree to this Agreement as stated and signed.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
· Any cancellation on or before the 30 days prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of the $25 reservation fee and
the $300 initial deposit.
· Cancellations within 30 days of the check in date shall result in the forfeiture of all money paid unless trip cancellation insurance has been
purchased and it is for a covered reason. Vacation Rental Protection-All questions should be directed to: AIG Travel Guard at 888-409-7749
· No refunds for early departures.
OCCUPANCY:
· The maximum number of guests per condominium is limited to the actual sleeping capacity for that unit. Children under 2 years of age do not
apply. For your comfort, bunk beds and sofa beds are not recommended for adults.
· Panhandle Getaways will not rent to persons other than families, married couples, and adults who are 25 years of age or older, without prior
written consent of Panhandle Getaways. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of a property under the age of 25 years. Any
reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to loss of rent and/or eviction.
RENTAL PAYMENT & FEES:
· We welcome MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express. Checks are accepted for advance reservations (30 days prior to check in). If making
your reservation within 30 days prior to arrival, it must be made by credit card. All credit card payments will incur a 3.5½% processing fee.
· Advance rental payment (at the time of booking) is $325, $300 is applied toward your rental amount, and $25 is a reservation fee charged on all
reservations. If trip insurance is purchased, that is due at the time of booking also. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If making your
reservation with 30 days of arrival, payment is due in full at the time of booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT PROTECTOR:
· A Security Deposit Protector provided through AIG Travel Guard is included in each reservation at a cost of $45. It covers you for up to $1500
worth of accidental property damage during your stay. This program allows us to address necessary replacement/repair issues in a timely and efficient
manner. This is a non-refundable fee. Intentional damages or those in excess of $1500 are the responsibility of the renter. This protector does not
cover additional cleaning that may be required. If you opt out of buying this insurance, then there will be a $300 refundable deposit required. If
there are any damages to the property, your credit card will be charged and you will be notified of those charges. Please report any accidental damage
to us prior to your departure.
VACATION RENTAL TRAVEL INSURANCE:
· We are pleased to offer Vacation Rental Protection insurance provided through AIG Travel Guard to cover your vacation investment. This is 100%
optional, but if you decide not to take the insurance and there are unforeseen problems and you have to cancel, then you may lose 100% of your
investment. All questions should be directed to AIG Travel Guard at 888-409-7749. The cost of the insurance is 7% of your total trip cost, which is
100% refundable for covered reasons. The insurance is underwritten by National Union Fire Insurance Company of Pittsburgh, PA., is a member of the AIG
Companies and is currently authorized to transact business in all states and in the District of Columbia.
CONFIRMATION:
· You will receive a confirmation letter after we receive your advance payment. Please contact us immediately if you find a discrepancy, otherwise
it will be assumed correct. PLEASE verify arrival/departure date, reserved accommodation, rental amount due, number of persons to occupy the property.
We make every effort to ensure that the unit reserved remains the same, but we reserve the right to relocate you to an equal or upgraded unit.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
· Check-in begins at 4:00PM. Due to our high cleaning standards some condominiums may need a little extra cleaning time and check-in may be
delayed up to 6:00PM. We appreciate your patience as we prepare for your stay. Early check-in requests must be approved by Panhandle Getaways.
Additional fees for early check in may apply.
· Check-out is at 10:00AM. Failure to comply will result in a late check-out fee as much as an additional nightly rental charge.
DEPARTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Please leave the condominium reasonably clean and in damage free order. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the unit is not left in
reasonable order. Please start the dishwasher upon departure, clean off all food from kitchen utensils and cookware. Trash must be secured in a plastic
bag and disposed of in the conveniently located trash chute on each floor. Please gather all bed linens and towels and leave on the bathroom floor upon
departure.
All of our rental units are privately owned and decorated to the owner’s personal taste. Re-arrangement of existing furniture is prohibited and
may be cause for additional fees charged to your credit card.
· The following items are provided in our condominiums: We supply a start up supply of soap, toilet tissue, and dishwashing detergent. All units
are supplied with a trial size shampoo. Bed and bath linens, blankets and pillows are all provided. All kitchens are fully equipped. Please bring your
own beach towels and do not use the bath towels at the pools or beach.
PETS:
· Pets are allowed in our units marked pet friendly only. There is an additional pet fee that must be charged for anyone bringing a pet, otherwise
the stay with the pet was unauthorized. A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the
pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent in addition to additional cleaning charges up to $200.
SMOKING POLICY:
· Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental units. Violation of this policy is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. Additional cleaning
charges of $250 will be charged if in violation.
POLICIES & MAINTENANCE
· The property can be used for Residential Purposes only. By signing this agreement you and your party agree to obey and follow all the rules and
restrictions that apply on the premises, as well as any legal rules and regulations by the local law enforcement agency and the State of Florida. If
this agreement is not met the vacationer (signed below) will be responsible for all payment(s) and will vacate the property.
· Only guests registered with Panhandle Getaways may occupy the rented property. No other guests are permitted inside or to stay overnight without
prior written permission from Panhandle Getaways. The number of occupants cannot be more than the state amount as mentioned in the reservation
confirmation. Only guests listed in Client Information (see below) are allowed to stay at the property. Tenants are fully responsible for their guests
who may enter upon the rented property. Panhandle Getaways reserves the right to immediately evict vacationing party if these rules are violated.
· Panhandle Getaways, and the owner of the vacation rental reserve the right to enter the property at any time to add, remove or replace any
furniture or conduct necessary work arising from emergency needs. Emergency needs are defined as: Water leaks,fire,,power failure, or the like.
· Non-emergency needs will be handled in a timely manner, usually by the next business day. Please call Panhandle Getaways directly so we can
address your needs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
· Use of barbeque grills are not permitted in any apartment or condo property. Many condominium complexes have community barbeques located on the
premises. It is a violation of the fire code to do so and can result in eviction.
· Panhandle Getaways is not responsible for any personal belongings of vacationer or their party.
· The Vacationer will indemnify Panhandle Getaways and save it harmless from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, liability and
expense, including attorney’s fees and costs in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to property arising from or out of
the occupancy of use by Vacationer and their party of the Premises or any part thereof occasioned wholly or in part by an act of omission of
Vacationers (signees below), its agents, contractors or employees.
